When I arrived at the mesa store, Victor was the first person to greet me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and he made every effort to answer my questions. If I could describe in one word the level of service Victor provided it would, without a doubt, be exceptional! I look forward to coming back.

Stopped in a couple of days ago to look for a ring and Julio helped me out. He helped me find the perfect ring for my daughter. This shop is so clean and friendly. Greeted me as i walked into the store and right away started assisting me. Definitely recommend this shop!

I have been coming at the country club and university location for years and I always have provided above and beyond service from staff, great customer service, and always offer me great deals for my jewelries and other stuff. The staff continues to provide great service and excellent customer service anytime of the day. Kudos to all the team, continue to provide great service and I can always rely and treated my valuables with care and I would not trust any other pawnshop to pawn my jewelry. Staff was amazing and friendly. Didn’t feel pressured during my visit. They have some amazing products, I tend to visit this shop frequently and spend good money on good products.

I just want to say that every time i come into this pawn 1st on country club i always get assistance from Memo, no matter what i have he ALWAYS helps me out with the best customer service and the best prices, ive never been in and had an issue ive already referred 2 others and they felt the same way, keep up the great customer service memo and everyone there at pawn 1st
