Payson Laundromat

One of the machines ate $5 and wouldn't start. Also while I was here the police came because someone had stolen a man's clothes while he left his laundry unattended.

Our washer died so we had 2 weeks to wait for the new one to be delivered. I ignored the bad reviews for this place because frankly I had nowhere else to do my family's laundry. And you can ignore them too because it's not a bad place to do your laundry! We came here 3 times and yes, it's nothing fancy, but it's clean& all the machines worked fine and the staff was always here and very helpful. If they updated the place to make it really nice, then all these same ppl leaving bad reviews would be whining that the price is too high. Bring your quarters or dollar bills, they don't take credit cards. They would've got 5 stars if they accepted cards, cuz that was the only inconvenience

I love it there my sister works very hard for him she keeps it clean and she's very helpful

Payson laundromat is a good laundromat, plenty of machines plenty of dryers. Only one thing it needs, the ability to use debit or credit card, too many quarters to load!

Clean place but wash cycles seem a little longer (coming from a family ownership of 4 locations in California over 30 years). Sometimes the dryers take a couple extra quarters

Washers all smell like mold. Floor looks like it might cave in under the washers from excessive leaking. Most dryers don't work and the ones that do only blow cool air. You'll waste your time an a LOT of money trying to get your laundry done. The workers do the best job they can with what they have to work with.

Well, all I can say is that the place is always clean and presentable. At ti.es it's very busy, but they have great working washers & dryers! I've been there quite a bit and I have never been disappointed.

Well used, typical older laundry. Took some rugs to wash, machine worked well. Went back to wash rugs and it hadn't changed.

Apparently only place in town. Been a few times now. Washers are ok but can take 45 minutes, the dryers, however, are horrible. I spend so much trying to get dry clothes that I finally give up and take a few still damp things with when I leave. Place is clean but definitely needs updated equipment as much is broken down and dryers don't work.

Candy is super friendly and nice.
My only complaint is how long it takes to do 1 load of wash, 45 minutes just for the wash and the dryers are not hot, so that takes forever to dry. I was there for an hour & 1/2 to do 1 small load of laundry, no jeans, no towels.

If you are smart, you will find someplace else. A number of machines are marked Out of Order and we found out the hard way a lot are not marked. We lost $8 on washing machines that did not work. It's not clean and it seems like where the crack heads go do their laundry. The dryers don't get hot and take twice as long to dry clothes.

Doing my laundry is no longer a chore, as the washers and dryers are clean and fresh and the ladies working there June and Candy help you with any questions you have and do it with a smile.

I travel quite a bit and have seen a few laundromats. This is my favorite! Reasonable prices, very clean, and a super helpful and friendly attendant. What more could you ask for?

Only laundry in Payson we could find. Would recommend you bring extra quarters for drying because they don’t dry very well Laundry mat is clean

Nice place, clean, vending machines for soap and quarters worked. Saw several washers and dryers were out of order.

Overpriced laundromat. When there aren't many options in a town this is what you get.

Candy the attendant is AMAZING! Customer service and satisfaction is definitely her goal and she nails it! I am a loyal customer from here on thanks to her.

We just got here and had tons of wash. Candy was sweet and helpful. Going be here a long time so glad found a nice clean place for us to use.
