My cat is a favorite here. He is loved by the staff who take very good care of him. I appreciate the genuine, caring attitudes and their willingness to work with him and me. While he is the patient, it is very important to me that I like and agree with them. This is refreshing at this clinic since it has not always been the case elsewhere. It's nearby, too, since car rides are not his favorite thing.

They're always very professional and my dogs don't seem real nervous about being there

Had to put my dog down today. They were able to get us in very quickly without having a previous appointment The staff was very compassionate and made sure we felt at ease with our decision. I can not begin to describe how amazing our experience was with the service at this facility! We brought our dog here after a bad dog fight and she was bleeding extremely bad with puncture wounds to the throat and had a hard time breathing. It was close to closing time and with no regard to their personal time, the entire staff needed to handle our unique situation, stayed for us and saved our dogs life! After an extensive surgery was complete, they had us take our dog to a 24 animal hospital in the valley for post surgery care. The Dr. There was extremely impressed with the work done on our animal by Payson Pet Care. Thanks to their love for what they do and the high level of skill they possess my daughter didn't loose her best friend last night! Thank you to everyone at Payson Pet Care!

Finally found a doctor (Vet) that was knowledgeable and cared about actually providing care for our boys.

My dog was attacked over the weekend by another dog and even though I had never been to this office before, they got us in very quickly. They did a great job of treating his wounds. Very happy with the service and they have won my future business.

Dr. Allen is an exceptional veterinarian. Wonderful demeanor with both humans and animals, she takes excellent care of of fur babies!

They are so professional yet very caring and gentle. They made us feel comfortable and took great care of our kitty. They told us the cost before each procedure. The call from the vet the next day was great. Gave us time to think of questions we forgot to ask. Sophia started to feel better immediately. Today one week later she is running around. So again we want to thank the while staff.

I took my weenie in on an emergency for a really bad ear infection. Almost everyone was great. Dr Wheeler and the tech were great and very respectful. Older woman at the counter made sure to tell me I could have waited a few more days and that I was taking my appt time away from regular customers and it wasn't right. She even picked up the list to show me how many ppl were waiting for the place I scheduled more than a week prior. Not very professional making a customer feel like trash for trying to help their animal out of pain.

It was not a good experience! The tech did not do what they said they were going to do. My dogs teeth are very bad. He is in severe pain. She wanted him in a muzzle and stick popsicle sticks in his his mouth to see his teeth. I had him at mesa emergency vet 2 weeks ago they put a cone on him that is what I wanted done. And also they said they were going to give him pain med.they did not want to.

We were very pleased with the good bye room was set up for our final time with our beloved dog. It was set up much like a living room, no steel tables, meds, just comfortable. This worked equally as well for our pet's comfort as for ours. Our pup's favorite spot was on the couch and that's where she got to pass. Thanks to the sensitivity of the Dr and all the staff during this difficult time.

I can't speak highly enough about this place. Everyone has been great here. Especially Dr. Adriana. Above and beyond expectations. How refreshing. Thank you so much for taking such good care of Rousey.

They were the only vets that would fit me in so my Scraper could be put to sleep peacefully. They were kind and caring
