I love these guys, specifically Bill. He's always on time, knows exactly what my issue is and is able to fix it in a short period of time. And the real plus is that he likes my cat! I recommend PCHelpForce whenever anyone I know needs help with their technology.

I have use PCHelpForse for several years! I have NEVER been disappointed With the service and various pieces of computer hardware they have provided for me. Each time someone start talking PC problem they get to hear what GREAT service it and where nto find it!

I received no email since 6: 14 pm. I just sent myself an email at 12: 08 and it came thru. I cannot imagine that I received no emails in the 4 hours that I was not on my computer.
Also, the Iphone now is black instead of white with a black writing on it. That is very bad. Help, help.phone is not been getting any mail since yesterday 9: 54 AM!

Bill was so helpful, patient and informative about what we needed and didn't need to have to have our computer issues remedied. Have used Bill twice before this and will definitely call again if we need PC help.

Bill does a great job. He is prompt, professional and nonjudgemental though my computer was a mess. He got it cleaned up and running well again. Bill is also a very nice and personable guy. Very good experience.

Talked on the phone, and the guy gave me a possible diagnosis of my MacBook problems free of charge. He laid out all possible options I could take (including fixing it myself) and was 100% genuine and forthcoming with alternate solutions. He even said to call back if further help was needed. Will definitely go here when I need professional assistance.

David at PCHelpForce was extremely professional, responsive, and productive. I was very satisfied with his level of expertise and patience. He took the time to thoroughly explain exactly why I was having computer and email problems and what he did to solve them. He also showed me steps to take next time for the less complicated issues. I requested PCHelpforce assistance in cleaning all bugs from the tower I purchased from them last year. I called, Dave answered the phone and virtually connected his equipment to my tower. In less than one hour he had cleaned my hard drive, thus increasing speed considerably. I really appreciate this company's ability to virtually fix most anything.

These reviews must be fake. I'm a game developer and I asked them if they could fix the logical error bugs on my computer. Something so simple as finding where errors are occuring in the bios locs and they said they would just reinstall windows for me. Without even looking at my computer how dare they! These people know nothing, do NOT give them YOUR money. Go to the geek squad in Ahwatukee, they are THE best.

Update: They contacted me to take down this post so here is an update. All I needed was to solve the logic errors with the system startup and reinstall GeForce Expirence. Their "only" solution was to reinstall Windows. First off, if they did this it would result in nothing and even loss of information if they tried to wipe my HDD in the process. The problem had nothing to do with Windows. I gave my computer to Geek Squad and they charged $200 for a YEARS worth of support. That is how much this company asked to charge for reinstalling windows. Nonetheless Geek Squad fixed the problem in 24 hours and were extremely nice.
