The nasty older lady in the front is absolutely horribly rude! The younger gal is very nice and respectful. The doctor was cool too but I’m the end when you cancel an appointment and not notify customer till they arrive from drive 45 minutes away not cool very unprofessional! I can’t believe they didn’t try to fix it and squeeze me in later since I drove all the way down. I would avoid this place go to a place where they respect all customers

Friendly, professional staff. The admins have been very helpful in coordinating my benefits with the VA.

Mary is very good at her job. I had a motorcycle accident about a year ago, and thanks to Mary's work and continued PT, I continue to gain further range of motion in my shoulder.

I've gone here for massage and they are great. I mostly go here for Dr Roger Scheltens as a chiropractor and he is phenomenal

I finally find the place where I like so much that I go regularly now. I tried multiple places and I couldn’t find place I like enough to go back until I find this place. Massage therapist Marilyn is great, she is very knowledgeable with great skills. She focus on what you need and using different types of massage techniques. I always felt great when I leave the place after massage. Thank you Marilyn~

Emma was great! Really soothed my neck pain and she focused a lot on that after I told her why I was there. Seems to really knows how to help pain and identify trigger points because of working with a chiro. She was kind, professional and I liked the array of techniques she used. Definitely scheduling with her again.

This place is fantastic. I have been getting some acupuncture done. I want to give a million thanks to Yu Long. She has been working on my back. She pays attention when you tell her we're it hurts. My back is getting better. Thanks again.

They're a good bunch- staff is nice, services are good and having multiple locations is a help.

I went in needing a tension-relieving massage and left feeling as though I’d been hit by a Mack truck. Instead of the light to moderate touch Swedish rub I'd requested, it seemed like a deep-tissue massage better suited for a linebacker or an equine. I felt terrible/sick for several days afterward and will not go back. Also, I didn’t appreciate the technician’s idle chat about her and her husband’s name-calling, family issues, and so forth — not relaxing at all.

Peaceful spirit has helped heal my back. I had three bulging Lombard discs nearly paralyzing my right leg and after 2 months seeing a masseuse twice a week and I'm all better. And they are reasonably priced and they are veterans administration approved. So veterans talk to your doctor if you're dealing with any type of pain issues. I got mine through the pain clinic.

Best massage ever! I have major issues with my back and neck, and my therapist used techniques that left me feeling better than i have in a long time. If i lived in this area, i would become a regular customers.

I used the online booking and booked a 75 minute massage that required me to prepay. My massage lasted slightly under 60 minutes and instead of refunding the difference, it was credited toward another massage. The massage was okay, kind of lackluster and no one asked if I actually wanted another massage. Feels shady to not just return my money.

Ease of scheduling. No hassle, no up selling. Just do what we are there to do and that's it. I'm not bothered with bieng sold a membership and scheduling gets back to me quickly. My therapist is great and doesn't try to talk to me the whole time. She let's me relax and enjoy my massage. She is friendly and helpful if I do need to talk.

I instantly fell in love with this place! They could update the drab interior decor, but the quality of the therapists is excellent! They have free days like today- I received an amazing chiropractic adjustment/massage from a very experienced, understanding doc, Roger Scheltens.

My neck/shoulders/back were aching from terrible chronic pain and I feel SO much better, much lighter now! I feel RELIEF rather than desperation, and that is quite the feat. Everyone there, from the clients to the receptionist, were so compassionate and honest. The prices are reasonable for excellent care.

Love Clare. Been seeing her for 10 now. She gets a 5 out of 5. Receptionist needs to do better. I asked for a six week out appt. Gave me a date and I knew it was wrong. I said something and she insisted it was six weeks. I knew she was wrong but was exhausted and just asked her to push me out further please to the end of the month. When I looked at my calendar and what she was originally trying to schedule me for it was only 5 weeks.

Dr Scheltens is awesome, low key, skilled, not looking to put you into a "program" as seems to be the way now with many others on my insurance plan.
The NW office is quiet & secluded.
I give that part of the business 5 stars.

Front desk staff are friendly, professional and accommodating and the therapists are the best!

Alice Adams, the person that worked with me was very attentive and knowledgeable. She explained everything and I felt very comfortable talking to her. She also explained everything that she was doing and I really noticed a difference after my first visit.
