Pebbles Pond Community, Tucson AZ

I lived at the pebbles pond for 3 years and it was awful. The owner Ethan will try to rip you off for anything and everything. Claims he does landscaping but really he just puts all his absurdly huge burning man rave equipment in our front area. Very messy looking. And he has these huge fires that honestly should be considered a hazard. He has no respect for personal property, seeing as I left some of my personal equipment right out side my house, and he sold it! No garbage disposal, washer dryer in weird location (not in unit) and mold growing everywhere. Not worth anything more then what it use to be worth. On top of that, most of his tenants are people who don’t have good credit scores and on very sketchy “leases” who can’t find much else. God speed to anyone who lives here.

Pebbles Pond Community offers some of the most unique Casita/Townhouses in all of tucson. All units are tiled, upgraded, and retain their original charm. Every unit has a back yard, and with Management on site things are taken care of. It's located in an up and coming tucson neighborhood, and the owner is always upgrading the interiors and exteriors. Community feel and friendly neighbors. Would definitely recommend

I lived at Pebbles Pond Community for 3 years and loved it there. There is a community vibe, which I appreciate and we had bonfires up front and were able to use the front area for barbecues. My apartment had custom tile that was ornate and all my visitors complemented it. I would highly recommend!
