I have been going to Pelazzo for many years. I get greeted by my name. I Love the staff and service I get. Absolute best place to get the hair style I'm looking for.

My haircut looks nice but I did have cold water soak my back during the shampooing and was covered in hair once it was over. Still trying to shake all of these loose clippings. The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and worked really quickly, I asked for a trim but she ignored my current layers so now its all 1 length which isnt bad just not what i was expecting. Overall a pretty average experience. Perhaps next time she will work a little slower. I would definitely return and just communicate better.

If i could give this place a negative star i would there so unprofessional, they seem to not know what they are doing they chopped mine and my friends hair i called to complain and the owner said he was going to call the cops on me PLEASE people SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

They rush hair cut and wasn’t happy for 5 snips with scissors for them to charge 20$ I ask to to short hair and they denied me,

It was horrible i When In to dye my hair black and some lady name Anabel help me she literally left my whole forehead and around my ears stain which is the reason why I didint do it by myself Nd to top it off she charge me 95 just to leave me all stain up.and she was so rough when she shampoo my hair I will never return

I've known my hair stylist for many many years even before he was at this location. The hair stylist are very modern with the cuts/ color and very fun to chill with for the time being. If for some reason you aren't satisfied they will fix it too your liking. I've only witnessed 1 complaint and it was handled professionally and in the end, the girl was loving her new look. They also offer keratin treatments if you want top revitalize your hair which is Awesome!

Ive been coming to get my hair sons haircuts they always leave it GREAT. Also needed to get my hair done (ANA IS AMAZING I LOVE THE WAY SHE LEFT MY HAIR. Ana cut my daughter hair as well and it was Beautiful. THANK YOU ANA

Very pricey! It might have been just me, but I got charge $150 for an Ombre. I have short hair up to my shoulders. What was this lady thinking. Getting rich of a single person?

Best service ever, they do exactly what you want on your hair. (or they work with you). They will tell you if you can't do a certain thing because of your hair color/quality. They have such patience& good prices. Highly recommend

I arrived right at 6: 55pm on 1-21-17 right when the place was about to close, but that wasn't an issue, I felt very welcomed as I was greeted by Ana Luisa an attractive young hairstylist, who was innovative, and professional. She did an outstanding job and gave me a great new look in less than 30 minutes! I would recommend Pelazzo Hair Salon to anyone looking for a quality haircut, by friendly, and professional stylists for a great price. Its a hidden oasis in the desert.
