Would Highly Recommend! Everytime Ive been there, they’re organized, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I get everything fro my parts to oil there at a fraction of the price. Couldn’t ask for more. They have a line a lot of the time, but it moves pretty quickly. The nice thing is that they have a call ahead service so you can have whatever you need waiting and won’t have to wait in the line. From my experience the line isn’t so bad early on around open and gets progressively worse towards the end of the day. But with these deals, it’s well worth it!

Very polite and fast didn't wait in a long line because I used the will call and I'm very satisfied.

The absolute lowest prices in town. Fast, friendly service. Of course, they don't sell air conditioning parts. Only down side.

Don't be fooled by the line that goes outside and down the sidewalk! These guys are still following covid guides. They get you in and out fast! Your best bet is still to call before you go and they will have what you need on will call!

Always busy.smart thing to do is call ahead for part availability, then place on will call.when you enter the store its a separate line for will call. In and out in ten minutes.

Great prices the guys helping you find the right peace are good and friendly only 3 stars becouse the ladys at the cash register are rude and the line is a little long

Great place to save money and get good parts. Mostly off brands but never had a customer return because of it. Sometimes you get lucky and get good name brand pads. Is recommend this store to anyone but make sure you call ahead and ask them to pull the parts so you aren’t standing in line forever

Very good place for cheap parts.
If you want to buy synthetic oil and oil filters.
My suggestion is to buy synthetic oil from walmart and the filters from this place.
The windshield wipers are also very cheap.
My mechanic gave me a very good advice that i want to share.
Buy the mechanical stuff from here and not the electrical stuff.
Prices of some items are expensive here like car polish etc.

Good prices on the same parts you can get from other part stores. Friendly knowledgeable bi-lingual staff.

What can I say. Penny Pincher is at the top of the list for me when it comes to Automotive. I am a female who owns a Jeep. Whenever I am in need of parts or questions I am intended to in a timely manner and all my questions are answered in a way that I can understand. Their prices are absolutely outstanding Beyond any other auto parts store. And if they don't have what you're looking for they they will put it on special order.

There might be two lines and if you live on the east side you have to drive to the West Side but they got good prices and the service is helpful

Will recommend to other customers. Occasionally, place is very busy, with long lines, but lines tend to move in a steady pace.

Good prices but, NOT always the Best price around. Sometimes, the product you buy, breaks to soon or failed to work correctly in the 1st place

Great LOW LOW prices but the LINES suck! Every time I go their it never fails I have to wait 30 minutes minimum, I hate that!

You have to know what parts you can purchase from Penny Pinchers. Penny Pinchers is able to sell their parts at discounted prices because they order parts that are made with materials that can be considered B grade. That isn't always a big deal but you need to do your homework so you are able to make the right decision when it comes to which parts you purchase from P. P.

The first time I was in the store, I was amazed at the volume of items they carried! I've been many times since and have never had any problems with my purchases. Good prices, Good parts, Good people!

Small place, but they're best organized than their counterparts.sorry. And you can't beat their prices, I mean ;you get what you paid for

Only place where I can buy a all metal radiator #1. & #2 I've never had any issues with any of thir parts.people might call them cheap parts, but I've gotten better & cheaper parts from these guys that have latest longer than O'rielys or autozone.

Great price on parts, lines are always super long so will never be a quick trip counter ppl are always in a hurry and not very knowledgeable on their parts.
