I don’t know how this company doesn’t have a five star review across-the-board! Must be just because of a customer that no one can satisfy or make happy.

The two gentleman that helped my son and I with a cross country move were absolutely amazing, on time, professional, the price was just as I reserved online. All the items were in stock that We needed. They helped us with the car hauler from A-to-Z this company/ location is absolutely hands-down the best customer service My son and I have received from any local business in a few years. I am also a small local business owner for the past 20 years so customer service and professionalism is very important to me. Thank you gentlemen! Also thank you for supporting our military!

Truck was returned at 7: 00 pm Friday and to the keys to the lock box location. Was stated by employee if it was returned before 7: 00 AM Saturday, would only be charge an additional hour. You checked it in at 7: 55 am Saturday on the invoice and charged an additional day. We would not have made the effort to return late in the evening if the outcome would have been the same. You took a possible positive outcome and turned into no additional business dealing from our corporation, that needed them for the next 8 months until our own truck orders arrive. I can understand the predatory tactics of having the truck back before you open. Charging us an additional day and then having the available to charge for another day rental to new customer? Fact or not. Mistake. Or statement made by staff is not company policy? Our company doesn’t want a refund for the extra day. Our time has already been wasted having to write this review. You earned it!
