I am working an event right now and i have been clocked out waiting for a shuttle to come back and get my husband and i for an hour. The shuttle left with a full van and said they would be back for us. We have been clocked out for 1 hr and 15 minutes.

Bad communication, distrust between contractor and agency. Sent out on a job today. I arrived early, I was told there were two too many employees who showed. Also, no whereabouts on behalf of the suites location.

I called and no voicemail messages being accepted at the time.

I will be jotted down as walking from job site and likely held against my attendance.

The two hispanic people in the office are HORRIBLE. The lady and the guy. They are extremely lazy, don't want to work. They don't even greet you when you come in and ask if you need help. Whoever is their boss needs to fire them and hire some people who actually want to help. It's sickening, I will never go there again. These people are very unprofessional and non helpful.

There is absolutely NO REASON why I should have to PESTER and BADGER this branch to PAY me MY money that I EARNED and WORKED for. This branch is the SORRIEST most PATHETIC excuse of a staffing agency that I've ever seen!

This is also the first review I've ever done, so that should tell you enough.

WARNING! You don't want to work here. The staff who run this operation are incompetent losers. The work can be good at times, but the staff are unbearable.

That branch location is horrible. The staff is rude. Except Miss Jewels.but George & Jenny very rude. Not people friendly. Any other branch but this one. I wouldnt even go here if i was desperate.

You know, I'd expect that kind of unprofessionalism from a grunt or low class front desk jockey, but to be b.s. 'd by the manager. The nerve!

Terrible place. They do not care for their people and find it a joke when you are concerned about the money they should already have paid. Will never come back.

I'm a Temporary worker and i work for all the people ready office in the Valley and when it come to customer service for both temporary employees and clients I believe this office to be the most unmanaged in the valley like I said before I am also a temp worker out of this one office but I work throughout the whole valley and I have on numerous occasions had to wait for my pay to be given to me 2 days after the job ticket which is unacceptable in my belief

I totally agree with all these negative reviews regarding this particular branch office of People Ready. I believe it possible that the two full-time staffers here goad you so badly that you're driven to use a cuss word - & I fell into their trap just a week before last Christmas while on my second week of a three week job, my first job after a 1.5yr hiatus, when I questioned why I'd been paid no overtime for that second week as I had been for the first week & the hours were the same; the person's response was "I'm way too busy too answer this now! ". & to which I could not help myself but to respond with "you're always too f.busy! " This was a week before christmas; she suspended me for two weeks (& obviously replaced me on that job) ; & put some kind of derogatory remark on my record. I called back to apologize, & that's five months ago now & that office is still like a morgue to walk into - they really do deserve whatever tirades are dished out to them.

You shouldn't have to ask these people to pay you, first of all isn't that why the sit in the office all day? Second, for the customers of peopleready you would love temps to work until they can't breathe but yet can't take 15 minutes of your time to pay us for the work we did. Third and lastly becuase I'm done wasting my time complaining about a temp angecny that's all about them and their pockets, they have attitude over they phone word to the wise don't play with people's money.

Absolutely the worst branch ive dealt with, horrible and moving forward i doubt i will take any more shifts from them. They are the most unhelpful and unfriendly wont accept responsibility for anything and always too busy for anyone thats if they even answer the phone. Im still trying to get paid from last year. Its easier pulling teeth. However the best branch that is the opposite of all these things would be the glendale branch. Tim is awesome and I highly recommend dealing with Tim when it comes to people ready.

The rudest people I have ever met as soon as I walked in. I took a bus to this location and half way through my application process they told me to go home so they could go on lunch. Do not ever try this place.

Very rude. Poor customer service and very rude to their employees. Never pay on time and catches attitude when you call regarding your pay or work. Worked the Phoenix open PGA Tour and was suppose to be paid on Monday here it is Tuesday and they still haven’t payed me and the lady wants to get a attitude cause I’m asking about my damn pay. I don’t work for free and I have bills to pay and kids to feed.they are very inconsiderate of other people.

Worked the Phoenix open from end of January through first week of February was supposed to get paid the following Monday by end of day, money was never loaded to the card the workers were rude whenever i called to inquire about being paid and they took the phone off the hook for the last 15 minutes before closing, this was my first time working for them and this will be my last.

Not sure why the others here have problems. Everything is fine at this location. Wish the fake posts could be removed.

If I could id give it negative 3 sorry as fuc got people in the struggle and rude ass lady or new dude who don't get u any tickets and straight dumb as a box of rocks had two other lady's last time I here 6 months ago give me work like candy now its fuc u I hate my life heads up and good luck to those people terrible Oct 17 2017 (WARNED)

The lady at this location is a a****** and she is rude plus I never got paid on time because of some dude that wanted to go home home early and f$*@ me on my plans
