Went in today to pick up chemicals for my spa. I don’t know anything about them and the gentlemen helping explained everything! So knowledgeable and patient. Mentioned he would give me a 30% discount on an item that would work, but wasn’t perfect for my situation since the other was out of stock. When it came time to check out, he told me he was the owner (Jeremy). We try to always shop local and shop small, and will DEFINITELY be back when we need more advice and product!

Really cool little local pool shop. I went in there looking to get my pool pump rebuilt but it was beyond repair. The gentleman in the shop were nice enough to call around and find a pump that would work for me in my price range. They were able to find me a refurbished pump for a lot cheaper than I was expecting. They also have all your standard pool store stuff like chemicals, pool toys, brushes and everything else.

I bought a rebuilt motor. He said warranty for 90 days. Apart from water damage. He[ The owner] or the other other guy doing the work in back did not replace inside shaft seal. So what do you know, 10 days later. The motor goes out. Won’t replace because of water damage. I spent $275 on motor for ten days use and had to replace it with $350 motor from Leslies after. He also took my 1.5 motor and replaced it with a 1hp motor which is even cheaper. (I didn’t find that out until I took it to Leslies). He said he is a stand up Christian guy. Yet, you have poor work ethic/customer service. Take your business elsewhere is you want solid work and material.

Delano and David are great. They both have great customer service and helped me out with my pool on Jefferson Street for years!
If you are looking for honest, experienced and affordable this is the place to go!

I've been a customer for 18 years! Do whatever they tell you to do with your pool and you will have no problems! Not like the chain pull services where they hire a high school kid who does not know what hes doing!

These guys did a fantastic job on the pool pump motor I dropped off to have serviced. It was ready to be picked up when promised. The prices were better than some of the other ones I called around and got quotes from.

Love this place! My parents and I have been customers for 10 yrs + the owner clears our pool up every time with in a day we have tryed all the other pool stores and spent a lot of time, money, energy with little to no results! We will not go any where else!

This is one of the few places to find, hard to find, pool parts and accessories. These gentlemen are great with helping with any concerns:)

The best place to have help you with your pool needs. Had a bad pool pump they fixed it but then it burned out for some reason so the gave me another rebuild, that one went bad also so for my trouble’s they sent their guy out to take a look and they gave me a brand spanking new pool pump free of charge BECAUSE THEY STAND BY THEIR WORK AND THAT’S A HARD THING TO FIND NOWADAYS.thank you so much for all your help, I will be telling everyone to go to you guys.

Delano and his guys know their stuff! I go in to buy all my chemicals from him every spring and they always treat me right!
