Carlos the mechanic/technician who did this difficult job was fantastic. He researched various solutions and was very skilled at the methods he used. A big problem was taken care of smartly and intelligently.
Jonathon R upfront at the service desk was very helpful explaining various procedures and possibilities. When I called checking on job progress he would consult with Carlos and give me the update. Five star top notch service.

Advisor's need to give full details of the cost and not hide things that are not included.

Came in for flat tire I got on my drive back to Phoenix from Mexico. They took me as a walk in and repaired/changed the tire quickly. However, once I continued driving the new tire deflated to flat, refilled it with air every 30 minutes for the rest of the 2 hour drive home and will be needing to get another new tire tomorrow. Pep boys was closed by the time the new tire became flat so I was unable to resolve this issue the same day.

Update to add - Pep boys near our house was able to correct the issue the following day. The rim the new tire was placed on was cracked which is what prevented the tire holding air. We had to purchase a new rim but the tire was mounted and car is at least functional! Thank you!

Walked in to the service counter nobody was there to attend Me and another customer waited for 5 minutes and nobody showed up decided to walk into the work Bay area to see if I can find somebody and nobody was there After a few minutes somebody came out from the very back of the work area And check me and the other customer in Once checked in for the appointment Service attendant told me a change of tires would be done within 2 hours span The car set in the parking lot for an hour and 20 minutes Then the vehicle was pulled into the service area where it sat for another 40 minutes After that I decided to take my business somewhere else Told the service attendant I was leaving and seemed like he didn't care He put the tires I had paid for in the back of my car, printed it out a receipt of no charge and send me on my way.

Service writer's Jonathan, Lorenzo, & Lacey give great customer service and Master Mechanic's Carlos & Irwin do excellent work.

They charge almost $ 1000 dollars and the problem stay the same, I found another mechanic and he found the problem in 30 min.

Iam very happy with the service I received and the ability of the person I was dealing with to know how to handle whatever came up with balance, integrity and wisdom. I plan on returning for further work. Thank You.

About a year ago I wrote a review that was consistent with my bad experience. I’m not sure when but this place has definitely changed for the better. I had my Cadillac CTS towed in for an alternator replacement a few days ago. Due to my horrible experience a year prior with a car that was worth MUCH LESS than my current vehicle I was prepared for another nightmare similar to the one I experienced a year prior. However, I have to admit that I was completely wrong. Not only did they do a wonderful and relatively quick repair, but Lacey kept in touch with me the during the entire repair process. Whenever there was an update or issue about my car, Lacey called me and explained. She went above and beyond to keep me informed about the process. The work was finished earlier than their initial estimate. They were fair and totally transparent about the parts and the labor process and even did a little extra work on an spare battery I asked them about. Didn’t even charge me for that. The mechanics are obviously knowledgeable and worth every dollar in labor. They even charged me the lesser of the two estimates I was quoted. Just all around trustworthy and professional, experienced staff with excellent customer service skills and solid repair work…I will definitely be back again for any future repairs. 10 stars.

It’s a a fairly vacant retail space, however, I experienced great service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable waiting area and clean toilets. They’ll be nice to you.

Friendly service, great staff. It took a whole day to fix my acute problem with the car, but it was worth the wait.

I have been taking my fleet and personal cars here because I can’t find a decent shop to do the big things I can’t do at home. Waste of time - you wait more for them to get ready and feel like working. They set up like 5 appointments at the same time, total

They're really nice, just take tooooo long to get service done. An oil change can take up half of your day. Again super friendly service, good location, just really slow service.

Our customer service representative was on the ball, unfortunately our mechanic was not. I had a 10: 30 appointment, and I waited almost 2 hours for a simple oil change.

I called twice today to get service and pricing information. They don't answer their phone. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
