Perfect Teeth - Olive, Peoria AZ

Recently this office has gone down hill and become the most disorganized dental office I've ever been to. I want to say the dentist isn't the problem here, it's the front desk staff/management. They act like they don't know what they are doing. There are more negative incidents I've encountered with the front office staff due to thier poor management, however the most recent being that my appointment was canceled by them twice, because they 'overbooked', and I'm still waiting after two weeks for a call back about a price for dental work. I've been going here more then 4 years, and noticed these issues with unprofessional front office staff and poor management just started this year for me. It shouldn't be this difficult to get customer service and dental care from a dental office. I'm currently looking for a different dentist office.

I have NEVER been as relaxed seeing a dentist as I was today. He is so very knowledgeable and patient and kind. He truly listens and seems to really care.

The above review "popped" up on my computer this morning. I felt compelled to revise my statement. The dentist started a lengthy procedure that was going to take months to complete. He then quit Perfect Teeth and left me with no Orthodontist! I felt abandoned. They were the only one in my insurance network.

I just relocated here from the East Coast and found this dental office right next to Safeway where I shop they are the nicest people the dentist is very good and knowledgeable and I’m very happy that I found this place to go to the people couldn’t be nicer
Wanted to also give a shout out to Victor, the dental assistant who explained everything that would be going on every step of the way.made me feel very comfortable…Roger, who is very friendly and explained how my insurance would work.and Maria, who works front desk.all of who made my dental experience go very smoothly….

Worst run place ever. Left crying. So frustrated and angry. Tried three times to get a cleaning. First time they said they needed paperwork from my doctor to confirm I didn't need antobiotics. Got the forms to my doctors to sign and return. Second appointment they couldn't find any paper from my doctor. Gave them the phone number to call - and 45 minutes later they were sitting around waiting for someone to fax them something. I went home told them to call me when they got the paperwork. Got a call 2 weeks later that they'd gotten the paperwork so I made this third appt for today. Got there 10 minutes before my appt. Waited till 15 minutes after my scheduled appt and was finally taken back to a room. The hygenist asked me if I'd brought my paperwork. I told her I'd been told you had it - she couldn't find it on the computer - went out front and left me sitting anither 10 minutes. I started crying and someone asked if I was ok. I said no. Then they left me again. Sat there and finally decided to give up. So so frustrated and angry at how I was treated. Slow and unorganized office. Use at your own discretion. I won't be back.

I love coming to this dentist the staff is so friendly and really care about my teeth! Thank you Patty for the amazing teeth cleaning I will see you again on my next appointment! And thank you business manager Rodger for helping me out on my scheduling!

Staff is amazing! They are so kind and friendly and made sure I was okay and everything was okay with my mouth!

I was recommended this place because I had no insurance, let me tell you I am very satisfied with my first visit. Had the pleasure of meeting victor and it was nice to hear what he had to say about my treatment. Patty took very good care of me with my cleaning and I appreciate her! The front office manager is amazing and he really gave me all the info I needed. I’m glad to be apart of a place that doesn’t give you a run for your money and cares about the health of your teeth!

I just want to start off and say i have NEVER been to a better dental office. I came in today for a cleaning with patty the hygienist she was amazing! The 2 front desk ladies were very nice a guy i believe was the manager also very nice as well tried to make small talk like he knew me and made me feel like i was at home definitely will be coming back i couldnt be happier!:)

They cancelled my appointment one hour before. Very unprofessional and dirty. Go somewhere else.

It was going to be my first time going in and i just get a call ONE HOUR before my appointment saying i need to reschedule because the doctor is leaving for the day.lots of reviews are saying the same thing, i should have listened but i thought it couldn’t be that true.i did not reschedule, i am going to take my money somewhere else. The lady who called me was also extremely rude while telling me they cancelled my appointment.

It was great speaking with Roger and Victor this week. What a great office to work with. The dental lab cant wait to start receiving your scan. Now we can work together to assure your patience the highest quality of dental care

I started coming to this office 10-12 years, and was more then pleased. I returned in March after not being here for a while; this is not the same place. As soon as I walked in the door, I could feel the difference. Customer service has definitely declined; It took 10 weeks without teeth to get my replacement dentures. It seems that unless I called to check, nothing was being done. At this point, I will probably be changing dentists. Update; As of August 3,2023 I am no longer using this office for my dental care. Now that they have be brought into the Breitbart (SP) family I would not recommend them to anyone. It's sad to have to make this decision after all my previous years of outstanding dental care.
