Perfect Teeth - North Wilmot, Tucson AZ

This place is just here to pad your bill as much as possible. After going just for a standard cleaning, they were like car sales people, attempting to upsell me on this and that, I made it very clear I am just here for a cleaning, took them 3 appointments to even get the cleaning done! Just trying to milk the insurance i'm assuming, now I am battling back and forth with them because they're billing does not align with my insurance explanation of benefits outlining what has already been paid by insurance. I wish I never chose this place, I would never go back, or recommend

Staff is rude and the place is clearly out to get your money. Ask for my records to be emailed to me and it took them more than two days to do that, at this time I still don't have them! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Bait and switch! I have been going to this office for over a decade and has changed dentists many times and the techs/staff is a revolving door of trainees and those who aren't new to the industry don't last long and move on. The hygienists have been the only ones there for any period of time.

Since cooperate has taken over it's always upsell add on products and services. They also quote services at one price at time of service then bill for higher amount at a later date.

Recently I was billed for 6 products and only received 2 and will not credit account. The district manager who approves/denies disputes is not allowed to be contacted via phone/email/ or in person.

Where do I start…. I had high hopes given the positive reviews. First I took my son in who is 6 and has a lot of energy. The doctor clearly didn’t want to deal with him and told one of the techs “good luck. ” After about 90 seconds of looking in his mouth he said we’d have to go to a pediatric dentist and cited “behavior issues” meanwhile the hygienist had zero issues with him when she was cleaning his teeth…. And they advertise themselves as a family practice… The whole thing was very off putting. Then I went it for X-rays and evaluation. After sitting in the chair for an hour after X-rays were done because they were trying to get my records from the previous dentist and no one had communicated anything with me in about 40-minutes I finally asked if we should just reschedule at which point the front desk chick gave me attitude because she didn’t spell out the email address correctly that I tried to send my records to a couple days previously. Even the Doctor was ripping into them for their lack of communication but I’m so glad while I was waiting I was able to hear their super fascinating conversation about how one of them had left a mix of vodka and sunny d in the fridge… because I definitely want someone dealing with my teeth or my finances to be intoxicated.

The only reason I give two stars is because the hygienist is wonderful. She was helpful to me and great with my son.

Hands down the best periodontist office in Tucson! They take great care of you and your teeth. From the ladies at the from to the hygienist and her assistant in the back. Only recommending what you actually need. Rather than just adding things to bill you and your insurance for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my periodontal and dental needs. Thanks a million!

Nina is absolutely wonderful! Every time I come in she always greets me with a smile and is so welcoming. I hope she knows what a huge difference she makes! With all my issues regarding my teeth she has always been so patient and sympathetic. Her patient care and professionalism is outstanding! Thank you Nina, you are amazing!

All I can they are all very nice and they make you comfortable and I am so happy with results

Absolutely adore the staff! They make myself and my two girls feel right at home and their compassion to make my girls feel safe is amazing! As a mom with a younger child who still isn't comfortable with this experience, they go above and beyond to make her feel safe. The excitement and smiles, maybe a few tears don't stop them from being absolutely amazing! Thank you for letting my girls feel safe and welcomed!

Perfect Teeth at Wilmot and Speedway is the best! They are great with customer service. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. Andi, the office manager is kind and caring and goes above and beyond to make sure the patients are happy. And I am so happy! The dentist, Dr. Jayman, and the team at this office are the best!

First appointment at this location. Friendly and helpful front desk, amazing technician and awesome hygienist, they used advanced tools, and the dentist was very informative.
