Picked up my items and not only found the exact same stains from before but also a rip in my items, very upset

Best Dry Cleaners in all of Arizona. Been to many dry cleaners but their the best I've been to in a long time. Customer Service and the Quality of their work is what will have me coming back here again even though it's far from me.

Owner was very rude; yelled at me and had to yell back. Will never give him any business even though he apologized. This was an ongoing service that I gave to someone else

Last minute we brought our wedding table clothes here to get ironed, they had them ready early which helped us out a lot. They were so fast and a great price!

The guy who runs this really rude and inconsiderate. Had to have a 5 minute conversation about syntax with him just to find out if I could leave my stained jeans with him. They got it out but it took forever. Guy just acts like he’s better than you… really awkward experience. After my bad experience, I’ve switched to frenchie’s.

I came on a Saturday afternoon looking to get my couch cushion covers cleaned. The man at the front told us he could do it, but then proceeded to tell us a number of things that didn't really sit right with me. Some of which include, "I usually wouldnt do this because of all the cat hair", which was only on two of the cushions, and then tried to hold the covers until Wednesday/Thursday night. After we complained about it being so long since we only have one couch and live in an apartment, he told us he could "rush it" and get it done for $30 extra. At this point we just needed our cushions cleaned so we said okay and paid and we were on our way. We ended up paying $225, which I would assume would warrant for a job well done. Apparently not. Upon picking them up on Monday, we got home and noticed that two of our covers were completely broken. One had the zipper completely off, while the other was almost completely shredded at the bottom. We went in and the man that helped us before and what I assume was his wife were nowhere near helpful. All we wanted was to make them aware of the problem and potentially have them fix it or at least give us a refund for the two covers, but all they were looking for was praise for even cleaning them. Then after we kept trying to reason with him, he said his wife could fix it "in a couple days", while continuously talking over me while I tried to address our problems with the situation. We said no thank you, at this point we don't trust you to come anywhere near our things. This was truly one of the worst experiences i've ever had with any establishment. Please save yourself the money and do not take your things here.

Wow! Anyone looking for excellent service need not look any further! Perma Clean removed a Shout-treated salmon stain on my suit jacket the size of a dollar bill leaving no trace of it whatsoever! Amazing service! Thank you!
