Anita was amazing. I had old eyebrows and liner that had faded. She did an amazing job on my top and bottom liner. She was able to color correct my brows and gave them a better shape to work with my face. Super pleased. Highly recommend!

I came to Permanent Effects from another business needing my eyeliner and brows to be corrected. Anita did a phenomenal job. I am a senior with very fair skin and very sparse brows and lashes so I tread a very fine line between just right and too much. Anita knew just what to do. That was about 4 years ago and I've since seen Brittany a couple of times as well. Both women are artists and truly lovely people. This is the place to go if you're considering this.
