Pet-Pals Dog Grooming Salon, Tucson AZ

I am extremely happy with how well my girls came out. I unfortunately had to change groomers after my tried and true groomer stopped taking my calls or responding to my texts after using her for years. They were able to get my poodles face and paws clean when other groomers have told me that it can't be done because she wouldn't cooperate. They are also very affordable and I cannot be happier with their overall service, communication, job and the wonderful pictures that I was sent of my girls all done up.

A little sketchy finding the place. Upon entering the residential neighborhood there's a sign that says no trespassing, but it's actually for the wash, not the neighborhood. After finding it the experience was great. Everyone there was friendly, gave a realistic timeframe, great haircuts (my doggos had gone a while without grooming). Now they look so good our cats don't recognize them!

Very professional, super caring about all dogs that come in to see Virginia. Dogs come out looking and feeling their best.

Friendly and welcoming. Our dogs are pretty anxious and have separation anxiety but they seem to do way better at Pet-Pals than they have at any other groomer. Highly recommend!

We found this place about 1 1/2 years ago and they do great grooming at a reasonable price. We tried other groomers that were over priced for our Labor doodle.

When our previous groomer moved away, it was hard but we have been VERY happy to find this place! Our dog loves going there, always looks wonderful and has no problems afterward, and even licks the groomer when she's giving him a bath! Highly recommend this fabulous small business.

I had both of my dogs groomed here this morning. They came back smelling and looking SO good! They got a little treat bag, bandanas, and a thank you card. Highly recommend!

Ginger did a fantastic job grooming our labradoodle. He received a full groom and was there over 3 hours. Ginger is a perfectionist and will cut your dog just the way you want. Our dog has only had one groomer, in another state, since he was 6 months old. We were afraid our fella would be nervous and scared. Well, he did great and didn't seem afraid at all. I highly recommend Pet-Pals. They go above and beyond!

I took both of my boys here today for the first time. The ladies were very friendly and sweet to my babies. I am very sensitive to strong smells, so they used a nice hypoallergenic shampoo that left only a very faint, pleasant and clean smell that wasn’t overwhelming at all. The prices are fair and my boys didn’t seem upset when I picked them up, so I will definitely be back.

Ginger does an amazing job on my big, shaggy GSD'S, she's amazing with animals & great prices! You'll also fall in LOVE with her animals!

Ginger, owns and operates this beautiful salon but she created with her own hands because of the love that she has for pets she is experienced, in bathing and grooming I'm very pleased with the results I've had with my pet and other friends pets. She gives one-on-one love, care, attention. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants the best for their.

I was very pleased with the service and grooming of my Miniature Schnauser. They provided fast and friendly service. I would highly recommend this groomer. I definitely will use them again.

Ginger did a great job with my three dogs! They get very nervous and fight having their nails done but Ginger was so good and patient with them! I will definitely be taking them to her on a regular basis!
