Pet Store Petco reviews
21Guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all our questions and gave suggestions for our aquarium and filter.
I usually take my dog with me shopping bjt this day i couldnt. I didnt find whag i needed to for my pup so i didnt buy amything
Not much help from.staff needed baby turtle tank and supplies. There was nobody available to ask questions.
Always a wonderful experience when we shop here. Great employees, wonderful selection of items for all of our pets, and super helpful and knowledgeable!
This is not the type of store that I frequent. If it were not for the fact that I have 4 legged families, I would not need to venture down its isles. I do however love my fur babies and like to give them treats and keep them healthy.
There are the means to accomplish just that task and more here and more! Along with the dry foods, there is a vast selection of canned and refrigerated foods for all types of animals. The main portion of the refrigerated cuisine caters to the canine and feline types but I do recall spotting some packaging for other little animals too.
Since I have felines that stay indoors, litter is a must. Here they have a serve your self bulk litter station. I gladly bypass the convenience of the corner grocery store for this particular item. It is a store brand product and I find that it is equal to if not better than the overpriced boxed brands.
I would be amiss if I did not give notice to my 2 loving canines that benefit from the toys and the chewy items that keep them occupied during the times I am not able to play with them. They also have been able to stay warm during our colder months due to the rather large and nice clothing section.
This store also has leashes, collars, training pads, health and grooming products for the majority of the types of pets people have. They carry reptile products of all sorts. From vitamin powders to heat lamps and habitats. If fish are your favorite, they have almost everything you would need to have a healthy and beautiful aquarium.
One of my favorite things to do upon my visits there is to visit with the feathered friends. It always brings a smile to watch them play and to hear them chatter. This store has what you would need to care for them too.
I would say they are a complete pet store. I know there are some things I left out but when you visit just talk with the staff there. They have always been pleasant and helpful in every way when I visit.
During my next visit, I will gather pictures and post them with an updated review.
Grooming is terrible, there is someone new every 8 weeks. I've been staying hoping to find someone that will stay since it's such a convenient location. We had Service with Renee and had to reschedule to go back that same day because nothing was done. Was required to pay full price.
Time to move on after close to 3 years.
The store always has the food that my cats love. The employees are genuinely friendly and cool. Never rush me to buy stuff.
Everyone there is like family. The groomers are great, the salespeople are great, and the trainer it's the best. I love it there
We use the Vetco Animal Clinic at this location. Convenient, friendly, and good price for your pet's vaccinations.
They were out of carts and we were buying big bags of cat litter. One of the clerks came with us and carried our bags up to the counter while we continued shopping. Then he brought us a cart when one came back. He was sooo nice! Also on a previous trip one of the clerks went out of her way to find me what I was looking for. She was awesome. You have a great staff - very friendly and very very helpful
Took our new puppy for his shots and the people with Vetco were awesome! The cleark stopped what he was doing to check us out when we were done so not wait.
I was needing advice on the care of my chinese water dragon's enclosure. The associate was able to help me with all of my concerns and did not try to plus sell me on items that were not truly necessary.
Great people, plenty of supplies (including feeder mice, which most pet shops won't sell). The only thing is, you usually have to go around and find someone to help you.
We had a good experience picking out our new addition to the family. He picked up a male hamster and named it Tony Stark.
Only negative thing I can say about this store is the parking sucks at times it can be very dangerous to pull in or out.you can't see what's coming at you and because the parking lot is so busy.always. Other than parking the store is always well stocked, clean and well staffed and very organized.
Petco has rabies shots availible gor $12.00 with a coupon mailed to me from the pet licence place. What a great deal. They also groom and take care of a multitude of your pets needs.
Kinda gross inside and the rat freezer is really weird. Quite a few dead fish and dirty water fountains.
Staff was friendly. But only had one of the bags of litter I came in for. Seemed like they had less then other Petco stores.
Although this particular company's prices are a bit higher than others, they also carry several different brands of pet food, and everything else u could possibly need for ur critter/s.
Always a pleasure to go into this Petco, we went in with a new adopt that we had just brought home, the staff there got an assortment of treats for her to try and also threw in some for our other fur babies at home.
