Retail location does not carry full line of dog food available online. Very disappointing to drive so far and not get products.

Usually I frequent this store for my dog's needs, being the only pet store in tiny town. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill a lot. The store was empty, the employees looked like they all hated their jobs. We weren't acknowledged by anybody either. Displeased, we ended up leaving without patronizing the store

I came here at 8: 15 and the website clearly says that they close at 9 and the lady was very rude when telling us to leave.

Would not recommend using their Petco vaccines service. The “Vet” was extremely incompetent not only did she refuse to provide medical attention to my 10 week old kitten she made a scene in front of the entire store that it’s my cats fault? A 10 WEEK OLD KITTEN. To top it off I requested to speak to the supervisor hat day and was told they would be in touch with me. I never heard from them or was even given to the manager.

Not very many employees around to help you they said they'll be back I needed help in the fish aisle was possible to get a fish tank and some other fish I waited probably like almost 45 minutes she never showed up she said she got busy and then she said oh I'm sorry I forgot I'm but then it started to rush me and they're going to be closed they told me to come back tomorrow so the family was a little bit upset the kids were upset and crying so that makes me upset not good customer service

We got our vaccinations for our kitten there and the workers have been nothing but nice, answering all our questions we have about it and giving us tips and advice about caring for it. They have a huge variety of food for different pet species and tons of toys!

It would be nice if the store reflected accurate times and didn’t have employees playing on their cellphones. We came in to get plants and fish supplies. I was told that there was no one to help and the fish section closed at 7… excuse me? There was no one in the store. As someone in the customer service industry, I would have help the customer. There was a ladder in the fish section as if some one was cleaning and then just left. We walked out and went else where. Total waste of time.

This location was laid out differently than others we been to, but when we approached an employee they were quick to help out. We found the filters for our water fountain the cats use, and found a clever toy for use with treats. Friendly helpful staff made this less stressful. Will definitely go back again.

We inherited a fish tank from my Grandmother and over the years the population has slowly dwindled. My kids decided they wanted to get some new fish. Not knowing where else to go, we wound up at Petco. Surprisingly, it was a fun experience! The staff was helpful, friendly, but didn't hover or make us feel rushed. We spent more than we wanted, but that was due to the kids more than to the prices - which seemed reasonable.

Wife was cutting our ferret's nails and he moved. So she panicked. I ordered powder for emergencies regarding pet nails (while I was at work on my phone) she was able to pick it up in a quick and timely manner. Put her at ease and helped our little guy. Great price, quick pick-up, and friendly professional employees.

Left my Cocker Spaniel so bad! All throughout his body you can see his hair is so uneven and cut very badly. Since his haircut he has been very sensitive/aggressive when touching some areas.

Location is perfect again set back away from the hustle of the freeway however the freeway is within reach we have been going to this location for you little guy GUNNER who sees Emily. Emily's our PERSON for Gunner's day at the Pet Salon. Gunner is very very nervous and terribly shaking and as a mother mom couldn't bare seeing he little guy in such distress.however when Emily comes out and they see one another she picks him up and instantly Gunner begins to relax and love on Emily. Emily's our girl good person just all the way around.the staff is completely genuine and the girls will go out of their way to help.store is always clean never have issues finding a product.

I go here all the time for my dogs grooming needs and it's been great till now, I booked her appointment online and just did a basic bath for her because that's really all she ever needs when I bring her here nothing different to what I usually do. I noticed when I picked her up they charged me a extra 30 dollars for a deshedding deluxe package I NEVER asked for, I went to speak with Katrina the lady who took care of the service and just pointed out there was a extra service on the pay form I didn't ask for. She proceeded to tell me that I did put that on there when I booked the appointment, after I looked at my conformation email which only showed the bath service I told her she was wrong I would never pay them 70+ dollars for a service like that. I asked her to pull up the form on her end so we can go over it and she kept delfecting saying that I did that and I should be more careful next time. I'll be taking my business else where for now on since they want to charge people more then what they ask for

My son and I were helped by a nice young lady. My son had a question regarding a fish and what fish tanks were good to get. All around everyone who worked there were really nice.
