Petco, Tucson AZ

This store is easy to get to and parking is quick and easy. The staff are friendly. I see many dog groups or classes and it’s fun to see the dogs. There are many common brands available for food, treats, supplies. I gave a lower rating because no matter when I go the line to check out is always 5+ people and it goes very slow. There are multiple check lines but for some reason it takes forever!

Meh. It's a mixed bag. Staff isn't really attentive even when they're stocking while you're standing there looking for things. All the red wigglers we're dead. The place is kind of dingy.

Couldn't.find a person to help me. When I finally did through another shopper he did because he needed help also. Never had that problem before.

There was a gal working there. I believe her name was Bunny. She was such a friendly welcoming person. I had to bring a small litter of puppies in today and I was super nervous because everyone hates on people that sell puppies for some reason but she was SO kind and smiled at the puppies and was just super welcoming to me and my daughters. Thank you for being kind.

Pretty painless shopping experience. High prices (compared to Petsmart) and supply chain issues (stock shortages) prevented an extra star on the rating.

I take my Chihuahuas there for nail trims and baths groomers are great with both of them do fantastic work

All very nice workers; More expensive but better quality food. Groomers could use a receptionist though.

Good staff, knowledgeable and helpful groomers. The grooming manager identified my dogs colitis and offered helpful items for him.

It's always a Tail wag of a time! The Staff here is fantastic and knowledgeable. I go out of my way to shop at the marana location. AS a tenured Pals member I can say Petco always has what I need and makes my k9 kiddo feel like the most important part of my family.

Niki was so caring when it came to our 82 pound German Sheppard Lab mix and he came out of the grooming area looking so handsome. I wish there were more toys to purchase that was made with tough material. Overall my go-to pet store:)

It's a little pricey, but the products are of good quality, not a lot of selection, but I found what I needed.

My go- to spot for everything pet related. With 4 dogs and a soon to be guinea pig, this place has everything I need. Plus, the staff are amazing, including the groomers. Thank you, as always!
