Petco, Goodyear AZ

Older lady up front was rude when i approached her and was denied a 8m kitten due to having a young child…never go back to this place again.

The store is under construction, or it appears so. Other than that it's fine. The grooming staff are very kind and seemingly wonderful to the animals One hiccup would be they sometimes forget little tufts of hair or other minor details.

We've gotten a few fish and one tank from here. Fish department was a little rough, but they just revamped it, so it's looking a lot healthier and nicer now.

Couldn't find my records to how I like my dog clipped. Tried to say my home store in Michigan didn't put in the record. Called my home store, from my car. When I went back to the Goodyear AZ store. They found the record, then another excuse. The groom itself was decent, other than her head is choppy cut.

Kasey groomed my large puppy for his first haircut at 5 months. She did an amazing job. She also grooms my mini schnauzer to perfection!

They have a good selection of the new rawhide chews for dogs, all highly digestible, none from China.
Came here for a de-shedding tool.it works great on labs and retrievers.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Petco. I found what I was looking for at a competitive price.

It's a good store when we're trying to find new food for our picky cat. He eats the store brands like Friskies and Fancy Feast as well, but I can't ever seem to find these brands here. I wish they carried them as well.

- Dog treats do-it-yourself bar needs wire ties to close the plastic bags used in holding the treats. This is common sense. They said they are having trouble getting them restocked through the Petco supply chain. Okay, so go get some at Home Depot! Easy.
- No business cards or appointment cards for the groomers. Very unprofessional.
- No leash hooks at the groomers counter for when you have to sign papers.
- What's wrong with the managers nowadays?

Morning staff was all grumpy and rude. Please have a coffee, tea, coca cola something to help start the day

Kasey is AMAZING! She has been our groomer for ever. We just LOVE her! My little guy has a handicap and she is so good with him. My experience with all the staff has always been professional and friendly. You can tell these people really like what they do and the company they work for.

Katarina was so sweet and helpful. I think I'm going to start coming to this location for all my fish needs.

My Harley was long overdue for his routine grooming. So glad this location had availability. Very pleased with this outcome. Looking forward to future grooming services in the future

I have never made a review before but I will because this place has to have the worst customer service. I’ve experienced extreme rudeness on the phone regarding an online order and now a closing at 6pm on a Monday. I understand business hours but kicking people out and ignoring questions when asked about closing crosses the line.

They're currently under remodel and stuff is a little bit in chaos. We were looking fish but all of their aquariums are dry right now because of the remodel

Ordered on line for curbside pick up. The young lady came out quickly and was very sweet and polite.

Had terrible customer service experience with Brenda. Her approach towards me was rude and unprofessional.
I told her that I'd be reporting her unfriendly behavior and she replied with "Please do. ". She made no attempt to rectify the situation or apologize to me when I told her that she was being extremely rude, instead she said that I was the rude one. Not sure how people like this get hired anywhere.

Picked up a mobile order, the lady just threw the 30lb bag of dog food through my window damaging my glasses that were on the passenger seat. Called in to complain, turns out she was a manager. She told me off and complained that my truck was higher than most vehicles. (My truck is not lifted and she was standing on the side walk. My 5 year old reaches with no issue)
I asked for the district or regional manager manager email and she denied it. Also prevented me from making any pick up orders at this location.i need Someone to contact me about this ASAP
