Petco Animal Supplies, Tempe AZ

Cashier rolled her eyes at us, literally insulted my dog in front of me. Exclaimed "wow" when to woman in front of me chose not to make a donation. Not sure why the employees here hate their job/customers so much.

Walked thru entire store without being greeted or asked if I needed help! Looked right thru me!

They have unclear (missing) fish price tags, employees don't know the price of fish. I might overpaid because they just put random price for me

I prefer this Petco to the Petsmart across the street. I've never had an employee treat me rudely, actually the employees have always been so kind. Love petcos reward points & prices are cheaper.

The staff at this location are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not a question goes unanswered, nor a moment passes in which I and my non human companions feel left out or neglected. This staff brings a genuine sense of family and belonging with them to the work environment. I won't shop anywhere else.

Just wanted to get my pups nails trimmed but Vetco lost my records and no one there was capable of doing anything about it. Pathetic system, spend the extra cash and get your pup taken care of by actual vets and not jokes who rent the dark corner of a failing store two days out of every week.

Great people easy walk through store. Sometimes hard to find an employee but they are around. Their vetco clinic they do is awesome for people who can't afford vaccines for their dogs.
