I made an appointment weeks in advance for my dog and got a phone call 2 hours before her appointment time cancelling the appt. I was told they needed to cancel because the groomers dog was sick. I get that things happen but they told me they could not schedule my dog again for 2.5 months! That was the next available appointment! After they cancelled mine the same day. Horrible customer service.

The ladies at Peteys are wonderful! I work in the complex and it is always such a fun thing to see the dogs absolutely light up and bolt for the door to get groomed. The shop is clean and well stocked. They have great quality pet food, toys and accessories. I went in one day with the intention of getting two dog collars and met her dog, who had on a pirate dog collar (Hi McLovin!). I asked her if she carried them in store and they did not but they very much went above and beyond and ordered me two pirate dog collars (my dogs love them!) The ladies are always happy and friendly. They really love the pets in their care. Janey is just the sweetest, nicest woman ever and Amber is so positive and upbeat. The groomers are the best! When the dogs walk out from being pampered, they look polished and ready for a professional portrait. Seriously. I have seen not so great grooming and the ladies at Peteys are top notch. But it isn’t just that they are great at grooming. It’s the way they love each animal that comes in the door, and the fact that it is genuine love and affection (Really, the dogs sprint to the door when they get out of their cars). They treat your family pet like their own and as a pet owner, that is so important. When I brought my Dads cat home with me recently, Janey gifted me a toy for him so he would start to feel more at home. As a pet owner and lover, watching the dogs in their care next door be so happy to get to see the ladies next door is really fun. If you are looking for a place that knows what they are doing, are really wonderful at it and are genuine and kind, come and meet the ladies here. You definitely will find place you want to keep coming back to.

This is a fabulous new store. Janey, the owner, has helped me navigate dog food choices that have kept my dog in the best of health. She is extremely knowledgeable. Emma grooms my dog and does an excellent job - he always looks great and she is very gentle and kind with him. Highly recommend!
