PetSmart, Tucson AZ

My cat, Georgie, loves the food that I get him from petsmart. I moved to Tucson from Alabama and petsmart is there as well so I was familiar with it.

I recently obtained a dog from a rescue. Not knowing how he would behave being groomed I asked my friends who they recommend I take him to. I was told Kayla B was excellent. His first appt went fairly well. Kayla said he was pretty nervous and recommended he get some socializing. The second appt. Did not go well due to there being to many dogs. Kayla suggested a better time for his appt. The third was much better. She was very patient with him and won him over. Kayla gave him an excellent summer cut. Thank you Kayla for your care and patience!

Dixie has never been groomed before and they took their time with her so that she felt comfortable.

I went in today and found a dog carrier I wanted. There was a few of them with the price tag $20… they rang it up and it said $70. I let them know there was more and the price tag was $20. I took a pic to show them and they said huhhh you’re right. Then they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t honor that price because the carries was too expensive. I proceeded to tell them that it wasn’t right. That it was their mistake and not mine and that the price that was on there should be honored. And they said “unfortunately we can’t honor it” very poor customer service and unprofessional

Worst Petsmart for Aquatics in Tucson. Low selection everytime we go on both live and non-live Aquarium stuff. The service in Aquatics is also the slowest of the 5 Petsmart locations I actively visit in Tucson.

Poor experience with their groomer. They told me they couldn't trim our dog's nails because she "wouldn't let them. " That's the first time that's happened with her. I was told maybe it was because another dog was barking at her (maybe move the other dog?). We spent extra for the "furminator" treatment, but she still had clouds of hair flying off her both in the car and at home immediately afterward. Also, she felt greasy afterward. Finally, I had to ask for a discount for the lack of a nail trimming. Even after all that it was still over $60.

Praises to the groomers for being so kind and caring to my large dog that was not cooperative with having a nail trim. Thank you for not traumatizing him, and your efforts are greatly appreciated!

My pup, Ralph, is obsessed with the Doggie Day Camp at PetSmart. The staff take wonderful care of him and always provide updates about his day. As soon as we pull into the parking lot, Ralph excitedly whines in the back seat because he knows he gets to play with his human and dog friends for the day.

Clean and very well organized store. Staff always friendly and helpful. Pet friendly. A wide variety of products to choose from.

I've had a good experience at this location every time I go. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I can only speak for purchasing products, I haven't used any of the services there.

When I dropped my three cats off at the Kitty Motel in the PetSmart on Broadway I didn't know exactly what to expect. At the door, their professional and courteous attention to my needs and getting the cats settled into their "motel room" were above and beyond what I could hope for. I will be using this PetSmart Kitty Motel again if I take another trip, and have already started to share my experience with others. The prices are not what I expected.they are better! My cats were made to feel special and cared for. They shared a "condo" unit that allowed them to have access to each other during their stay.it was all just perfect!

Went to go pick up some Timothy hay to tide me over until my regular place has their bales of orchard hay in. Found they had large sliding glass dog door inserts in stock. The did price match with amazon on exact same product, happily surprised! Considering it's their brand product for a considerable discount I was much happier purchasing it from them than having to wait for shipping from amazon. Needless to say it's now home and installed and my dogs are loving it! Thanks for price matching Jackie!

I'm not happy with the Petsmart on East Broadway in Tucson. One week ago, I purchased a water turtle and 3 gold fish from this location. I introduced these animals to my pond which contained at least 15 gold fish that I have had at least 3 years in my backyard pond. One week after introducing the fish and turtle, ten of my gold fish have died. They became sickly and just died. BEWARE

The staff is always friendly but the fish department gives vastly different advice on how to help your fish tanks.

Came in the other day, two people in the fish department. Came back later in the evening to get the correct filters, looked at the tanks.

Kuhli loach dead. 3 common plecostomus dead- incredibly varied decay.

Please care about your tanks. I don't be coming back to buy fish until you actually take care of them. Old dead fish is a contaminant, but y'all know that.

Also, why does that homeless gentleman live outside the petsmart? He has asked me a dozen times now if he can wash my car and calls to the store result in nothing. This is just tacky that you let people solicit outside of your business- he doesn't even have cleaning supplies! I've called twice now and they say they'll handle it. They don't.

Needed an appt to get my cat checked before crossing the border to Mexico. They were able to get me in the next day. (Banfield). Liked the current vet, the store had everything I needed.

Lots of people in line, but they opened up 3 more registers! Helpful staff and almost everything I need.

Nice store for anything you would want for your pet. The problem is that the prices on dog & cat food have raised a lot in the past 1 year.

Poor service to get a grooming apt. On hold twice still no return answer.bad day or poor service?

I bought a hamster about a month ago. Bought everything they fella could need looked up the best stuff for Syrian hamster to make sure everything was perfect. Even bought bottles of water.not even a week later he dies.

I noticed he wasnt going around on his wheel or being the feisty devil he usually is in his little ball.so I was woriied so i tried to see if he wanted some contact finally hand to hand.

Tho my surprise he crawled willingly into my hand and let my pet him and lay with him. The next morning the first thing I do is check on him and I found him dead.

And for a matter of fact I cried. I dont know if you sold him to me sick but I'm not uying another living thing from you nor will I go to your doctors, or buy food.

Everyone is so helpful and friendly and Muppy’s groomer, Sherry, is wonderful! I would recommend this PetSmart!
