Visit quite often.convenient location. Sometimes selection is limited. Always a friendly atmosphere.pets welcome.

The staff treat you like family. Groomers knows how to groom and treats all others pets as their own. My dog loves to go to our PetSmart! She always looks beautiful!

I think the groomer lacy is the best.she does a great job and is so sweet.no one any better than her here in payson

Not happy! Hair cut was terrible. Apt.at 1: 00 didn't even start on her till 3: 00. Went in to check and the woman was in a very bad mood and said she was having a bad day. I will never go to a pet smart ever again!

We use Lacey Sockrider for our grooming needs, especially for the big guy! Our Newfoundland Ramzey takes a lot of work and she does a fantastic job!

It's a great location. It's smaller than most PetSmart stores but it's clean, well-stocked, and the people who work there are all really friendly.

Every time I shop there I bring my Dog Blondie and I find everything I need for her. I find the customer service outstanding and the staff is extremely helpful.

Was here on my visit to Arizona took my puppy Tuscany for his first Bath they were so good with him. Very Friendly Clean

This review is for the grooming only. Horrible experience. When we picked up our dog, which is a poodle/newfoundland mix, he was not himself. Very aggitated and anxious. We chalked it up to having to go to the groomer. He kept acting like something was biting or hurting him. He kept watching around him, afraid of anything. We found nicks around his genitals, so we're assuming that's what was hurting him and when we took him to his regular groomer, she said they had cut his nails so short, they had to cautorize a few of them! Also, a week after we took him, he started having anal gland infections, which he has NEVER had before. Our regular groomer said she never messes with his anal glands, as larger dogs don't need to have them done and you shouldn't. I don't know what they did to him, but we will never take him to another petsmart for grooming.

This store is physically smaller than a typical Petsmart location, but still seems to pack in a nearly full selection of products. Grooming salon did a great job with my dog.

I bought some fish and a plant after 3 days i had a bunch of babby snails called store 4 times they would not do anythig but offer 25$
