PetSmart, Surprise AZ

This store had exactly what I needed for my cats. A new bed and some cute toys. They also had a spray that I've been using to clean up cat spray and prevent future spraying. It is $5.99 online and $19.99 at the store and they price matched for us.

There was a very rude young man at your store in Surprise AZ.
I will not ever shop there Again. I won't spend my money where I am treated so poorly.

I was buying pets for my two nieces. The sales associate was very generous with her time and extremely helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

Good store. Though gets busy from time to time and they'll only have one or maybe two registers open so the lines will be super long. Don't expect to be able to run in and out very quickly as you'll be in line for some time before you can cash out.

My little baby is being terrified today and I didn't like the way he looks I have to ask the receptionist to brush his ears very upset

Very friendly very personal people enjoy their jobs know everything they need to know and help out when they can.

I took my dog in and the groomer cynthia did an amazing job, the last couple of times I have had some bad experiences since I didnt feel anyone listened to me but she was amazing she actually listened and just made him look the way I like it I will definately be coming back to this location and just ask for her thank you cynthia!

Overall I think they're a little pricey on most things. We like to walk around and browse for ideas, and we usually end up impulse purchasing a few small items we didn't know we needed until we saw them. We took our puppy in to have her groomed and they were phenomenal. It's a fun store. This one is cleaner than some of the locations and the employees have always seemed a little friendlier here than at some of the stores.

Over priced but employees are usually very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of product options.

Love it here my pitbulls love it here always have alot of stuff that my pits love me bringing home to them. Just pricey

Took my pup here to get groomed. I let the lady know not to touch his ears because they are healing from a double ear infection. She gave him a great bath and shave and listened to what I needed for him. She was very friendly, everyone in the salon was smiling and happy. When I went to purchase a toy and there was a small line people came to the front to open more registers to knock out the line. Happy experience.

Wished that they carried more toys for small 4 pound dogs. One that likes to chew through and take squeekers out.

The employees always greet me as I walk in and ask whether I need help looking for something specific. I can find what I need easily because the store is well organized and always has what I’m looking for. I appreciate all their hard work!

Staff was nice and friendly. Usually my dog is scared to go to the doctors, but the staff knew how to keep her relaxed. Awesome staff!
