Picked up a DC transfer load, in & out less then an hour, friendly staff, no complaints whatsoever

This place is a zero. Read some of the poor comments on here and they are spot on but the biggest issue is at the guard shack. They have disrespectful guards that want to be on some power trip cause they have a uniform on and work at petsmart.get real and get a life. Also don't show up until your appointment time.don't know if I'd even try 5 minutes early.

This place is trash. They didn't receive the load early because they are "strictly by appointment" it's now 1.5 hours after said time and I'm still here they haven't even started. Don't deliver here unless you want to camp at their dock

I had an appointment at 09: 00. I arrived at 08: 50 and was empty by 09: 45. The security guard was friendly and attentive. Had no issues delivering.

This place wasn't the worst I've been to but definitely earned its two star rating. My appointment was at 1930 which just happened to be when everyone went on break and the lady who informed me of this wonderful news was very unpleasant to say the least. If you deliver at night, the unloading area is so poorly lit I had to use a flashlight to see which door I needed to back into. That was after I sat at the door they gave me for nearly 45 minutes just for someone to come out and tell me to move to a different door. I was not impressed with this place at all.

Strictly appointment unloading, don’t go early, they will take you 15 minutes early. There is parking on the street.

Street parking. Pull up to guard 15 minutes early. Check in with guard before that to verify your appointment. 1 hour wait and 1 hour unload on pallets. Loves around corner can be a zoo

Read reviews talking about not getting in until appointment time so I sat outside till 15 min before got in now sitting 11/2 hours why ha e appointment times if they don't matter other than letting you in

Check in Gard lady and man very friendly very nice, shipping officer staff nice. Haf hour first checking in, very fast unloading but not overnight parking only street parking

I don’t know what the bad reviews are for. I got here 2hrs before my appointment and they put me in a dock right away. Had me unloaded and gone before my appointment time.

The service of this place to download is lousy, they make you wait exactly for your download schedule

Terrible management that's needs to be properly trained and educated on SAFETY! OSHA definitely needs to pay a visit here and properly train these obviously uneducated "Amazon/Walmart Trained" individuals!
HR is a joke here they bait and switch you when they hire you and to be honest some of the HR reps must have worked for Walmart or Amazon because they are exactly what you would expect at those places. They are very Lazy, do half @ssed work and need to be properly trained on how to accept I9 documentation. FYI if you are hired on 2nd shift good luck getting and HR rep to help you with anything because it is well known that they will avoid and ignore you when you need to see them. Honestly they are just terrible, but what else do you expect when you obviously are uneducated about HR policies and procedures. That being said " BYE FELICIA" (Juely and Kiah).

Quick unloading and overnight parking on the street, they don't bother you at all and you can enter 15 minutes before the appointment.

Fast unloading, friendly people, if you get an address that says 7650 W Latham St.this is it. Also per security you can park on the street

Someone needs to tell the kids from your company who play in the lot west of your property that very bad things can happen to them and their jeeps and pickups when they break big truck windows and injure drivers by throwing gravel at us when they're over here spinning their tires in the muddy gravel. Thank you.

Fast unload. Hassle free. Don't try to arrive more than 30 min early or they'll put you curbside on the road to wait

Easy in and out unloaded in about an hour and a half started unloading my trl right away. Nice people I will return.
