Clean facilities and friendly helpful staff. They made me feel very comfortable with leaving my dog here. Retarded to an extremely happy pup. If I ever need anything like this in the future I will definitely use them again.

I visited their facilities before making a reservation. They gave me tour and explained everything in detail. The place was very clean, their staff was very friendly, and they seemed genuinely concerned about the welfare of the animals they cared for. I boarded my dog there for three days. They took excellent care of him. I highly recommend them.

The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable to leave my sweet golden retriever with them overnight. I will definitely be back again.

I won't use Pet Suites again. The cost for my two dogs for five days was almost $1000. Completely ridiculous considering exercising my animals was ala carte from the price of boarding. I have used other pet hotels where everything was included for $75 per day. When we looked at our bill or cost was approximately $130 per day, just to board and provide access to exercise 3x per day. We will use a sitter next time

Pet suites was great! Brooklyn and Maddie made picking up and dropping off my cat super easy. Would definitely recommend for dog/cat daycare!

They have been amazing! We had to bring our dogs here last minute due to a broken AC and the staff was accommodating. My dogs have only been boarded once before so I was nervous of how they would handle it, but my pups loved the staff and I could tell they were well taken care of.

I’ve had an issue with this company not picking up the phone or reaching out and i’ve tried to contact a new location to speak with a higher up bc my area was understaffed and couldn’t assist me (this is about employment btw). I requested a manager/supervisor/gm anyone i could really to transfer me or assist me and the manager hung up on me mid sentence (i’ve had my dog here multiple times here btw) saying she didn’t have a number for me but i called other locations and they did help me.these people really don’t have customer service experience or care for the pets.they didn’t even report when my dog was attacked until i complained she had a scar.it was such a simple task i asked from a fellow employee so imagine your pets.

I took my daisy here while my entire family went out of town and my back up dog sitters were unavailable. I was so nervous because of horror stories you hear about boarding places but I am so happy with PetSuites in Chandler! I loved getting daily updates and Daisy came back a happy and tired puppy from all the play. Would absolutely recommend this company!

This location was is brand new and very clean. I would definitely bring my dog here to stay.

My 1 year old Dublin was there for 3 days. She had SO much fun playing all day, she has been exhausted all weekend! I loved the progress report with a picture with the friends she played with during her stay. The staff was extremely friendly and when I called to check in, they gave me a great report on how Dublin was eating, playing etc. Made me feel better knowing she was having fun/doing greasy, we will be back!

Our Shiba, Korra, has the best time here. She is always excited to go, and you can tell she had fun with her pup mates. Tracy and the team are absolutely phenomenal and we feel so fortunate that we are able to utilize their services to give Korra great times with other dogs and people. And the team is so good about communicating with us if there are any concerns. Highly recommended if you need any pup (or kitty) sitters!
