PLEASE READ THE SIGN and i cannot stress this enough because people want to act like they can’t read and cant see the guards waving down their hands to STOP! Please do not give security guards a hard time about it either.

SIGN SAYS: STOP AND WALK YOUR PAPERWORK TO THE GUARD!

Please do as you are told when arriving at the gate as you will have a smooth check in if you listen to the guards and please follow procedures given to the guards by the boss. The guards did not make these rules up, it is important that the security guards go by the rules of the big boss.

I know because I was working at the gate as a guard and it was sometimes very frustrating to have to ask people to stop and back up when people don’t listen especially when truck drivers cuss at you and yell at you just so you can do your job. Its rough for security guards too ya know when having to come across rude truck drivers that wont listen or start problems. Let the guards check you in how they were trained and there will be no problems it will be a quick and easy process. Thank you. Have a nice day.

Not sure about all the negative reviews. We deliver every week same appointment time. Go through the gate 3 hrs early get a nap get in the door right about set time. Out in 2 to 2/12 hrs

Worst customer service ever had a delivery scheduled at 1800 hours I showed up at 1730 hours, didnt start unloading me until 1845 hours been here for 5 hours and they barely finished at 2030 hours. Place needs to be managed better and their appoinment times need to be more consistent.

They are strict with their rules. But they can keep you waiting for another day easily Because they think so. And there is no way stay inside there property waiting to get unloaded. You have to stay in the street.

I work with check equipment leasing we lease a yard dog to this facility we need to do some minor repairs the guard was very helpful and very fast the shop field supervisor was very knowledgeable came out gave us information assess questions about the vehicle very good experience very professional never rented to anybody rude or impolite

My appointment was at 05: 30 got here at 05: 00 they put me at the door at 05: 30 done by 06: 10 out of the place at 07: 00 because I have to wait for my company to get an express po for lumper. Quick

People were nice. I had 11 am appointment and they took me in early at 5am. I was in and out in 1 hour. Nothing to complain about.

Excellent staff, the guard on duty was pretty awesome too. Unfortunately, I spent 3hrs just to unload 1 pallet which ended up costing me $130. If I would have known, I would have done it myself for free and within a fraction of that time.

Frys/peyton grocery distribution. Arrived real early for a 10am appt, was put to a dock and unloaded by 9. Real nice people.

They are a joke:). Appt was set for 04: 00 am. So i was there at 03: 30 and waiting for 35 min so he can check all employees that goes through the gate. So asked this guy. What will happen if i will miss my appt? He told me that they will reschedule my appt:). Very helpful and such a relief.

They need to fix the checking on the guard especially in the morning last time event police was at the scene

Refridgerated building good and quick. Dry building slow with people standing around and walking slow as possible.
Got in at 5AM i recieved paperwork at 2: 00PM eat breakfast and pack a Lunch!

This place has rude people. They take a long time to unload the truck 4am 11am 7 hours. They force you wear a ves. We don't work for you.we not on your payroll. If drivers don't have one provide one. I hope the c.o. Read this message and pay more attention. To this. Prpblems

I had a good experience. Got there at 0230 my appointment was at 0400 in the morning, guard lady said to come back at 0330 to check in then 0400 go to receiving after I backed in my door. Receiving lady wad petty nice too. Got unloaded I an hour in a half. Was 4th in line to check in, second to leave. Also you can park on Washington, if your waiting for 0330 if there's a spot that is.

Easy to get to, guard very nice at check in. Office staff nice as well. Only complaint is when checked in at 0330 guard assigns door, then when you check in at warehouse at 0400 when they open, all 7 tricks that checked in before 0400 had to change doors so a bit unorganized but not horrible. Looks like might be able to park on street leading to entrance but i didn't chance it.

Office people are rude as hell. Parking lot is torn up infront of loading docks. But the lumpers are fast and friendly.

Employees are cool people. The way they load could be better but can't blame them they do what they're told from corporate
