They don’t even deserve one star worst place to finance a car from they are the most Greedy ppl I ever met they got 8921 dollars out of me and the car was only worth 4,000 and they got 8921 and now they ask for 643 more and I don’t even owe that much and the car broke down less then one year of getting it I talk to the manager and she didn’t even want to call it even with me and I don’t even have the car and they want all that talking about it’s not about to car it’s about the loan y’all didn’t give me money when y’all took the car DONT GO TO CACTUS JACK THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT YOUR MONEY

If I would have done my homework beforehand I would have went with a way better offer from a Real finance company. These folks WILL NOT give a grave period no matter what your situation is. And to top it off they will tell you themselves they are not here for customer service. They don't care about their customer service. In their own words "We gave you a chance because no one else would, we are the finance company and what we say goes". I had a chance to get a 17 f-150supercrew and I turned it down because insurance was more then I could afford at the moment. But to be told by these people because my credit sucked no one else will give me a chance so I just have to deal with it, is unprofessional, unsympathetic, and not safe not knowing who they might be talking to over the phone in the time that they are. Anyways find a better place or you'll regret it.

Worst company to deal with hands down. Avoid cactus Jack's and any company that goes through these guys.

If all possible, DO NOT go through this company. I hate to say this, but going through USA Auto would be a mistake, because they use this company. USA Auto is a great company to go with, but please make sure they use a different finance company. Of course, Cactus Jack's is not even a thought that need to be entertained. As the other reviews stated, this place is very unsympathetic. Extremely rude.you would probably have to be on your deathbed before they would even consider listening to you, but I don't believe that would work either. There are good reviews of this place. Which is good. ThwrThe hope for all businesses, but as for PFG, I don't think so at this moment.

Beware when I bought my car at USA auto I thought I was getting finance by a real finance company and when I say that I mean a professional/reputable company. Come to find out they are part of cactus jacks. I’ve had my car for almost a year and the last few months have been rough with unexpected expensive so last month I was a week late on my payment and Ive never experience such a rude woman as Judy. I called back and talk to a guy and he was nice and understood and noted my account. Today I call them and lucky me got Judy again who hung up on me when I asked to speak to her manager instead of her. Just know what your getting into before you use them as a lender. They have zero compassion and no grace period. I’m trying my best to refinance so I never have to deal with them again!

I've never had a problem here everyone in my life told me don't buy from a buy here pay here blah blah blah But here we are 3 payments away from being done and i've had 3 account mangers and all i have to say is everyone i had was great they worked with me. There was a time i did not pay in 3 weeks and they still helped me the best they could! I love this place and i would buy again!

Everyone is rude and unhelpful. Must be nice to work in an office on your butt and catch attitude with customers who pay on time. Can't believe yall are still in business.

I had 2 cars with Cactus Jacks/Chicago Lenders 1 paid off the other was involved in a car accident but the entire time I was with them I was treated with respect. If something came up I would call and they would work with me, I would recommend this finance company to anyone with bad credit or little down.

Absolute worse service in the valley. I experienced fraud last month in which my bank account was cleaned out. Not a small sum of money and it is going to take the banks time to investigate and return my funds. PFG is completely unsympathetic when life happens. I am paying off my vehicle and washing my hands of these people.

Worst possible company ever. Agent are very rude very degrading and so not work with you will be writing a BBB review also. Terrible company only reason give a 1 star so can post review about nast company.

Overall a good company to have financed with almost done with the loan. Service department help me while I was under warranty with out issue.

I purchased a vehicle from PFG funding and i have not have any issues with the finance company the times i needed to make a payment arrangement my representative was very helpful and made it easy,

They finance me a car that I'm still paying but broke down (transmission) 6 months later. They need to pay more attention with who they are working.

Helped finance me with really bad credit with affordable payments, everyone seems very helpful when i had questions reguarding my loan.

This place is awful! The manager, Charles is so combatitive and rude. How about some accountibity for the “business” you’re running. I would NEVER use this place. No communication what so ever, an absolute terrible experience!

Pfg funding has been a blessing. I had bad credit when I first purchased my vehicle. They financed my loan and have been helpful every step of the way. I've had my loannow 2 years and with making my payments on time my credit score has gotten better.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Manager was rude and told me my concerns were “irrelevant” and I should be better at checking my credit and following up on balances that I didn’t know I had. Wouldn’t tell me days/times they tried to contact me because it wasn’t my business to know.

Don't get a loan with them.run as fast as you can my husband paid his note forgot 12cents! Harassed him threatened and charged him late fees over $0.12. They won't work with you ever.

So unprofessional. They will harass you till the day you die. Interest rates suck. And no one knows what the hell is going one

I bought my car from Cactus Jacks Mesa and paid it off in Jan 2017. The representative on my account sent my title out to the incorrect address which I found out by calling in and speaking with a different representative who asked to verify my address and stated that the apartment number was missing which was the reason I never received it in the mail. It has been a year and I still do not have it. I called and they stated there was nothing they could do to help me and I would have to find more information through the AZDOT. I'm very frustrated, my payments were on time and I payed my car off on schedule and I still don't have the title. My car is now broken and I just want to sell it and cannot because they didn't and wont send me my title.
