Matt was courteous and tried hard to repair the gas supply valve, but because of replacement part restrictions, he couldn’t. Went out of his way to find the part.

I initially heard of this company when I got a flyer in my inspection folder when I sold my house two years ago. I hired them to do work on the house I sold and they were very good. I've been in my new place for two years, and my hot water heater stopped working, so Phend Plumbing was the first place I called. They came out right away, were very professional, and were able to fix the problem the same day. I highly recommend them.

I would strongly recommend Phend. Gino is very professional and responsive. He helped me replace my water heater quickly.

Called about a possible leak under the house. Korey came out and evaluated the area and determined there was no leak; it was old water damage. No charge! He also put in a garbage disposal and hooked up our new faucet a few months ago. Phend will handle all our plumbing needs from now on.

When the representative arrived he almost immediately made us uneasy. Used car salesman vibe. Right away started talking about how complicated the job would be. We proceeded with the quote and it was very high. We went with another company that was $400 less and a lot more professional
