Family-owned business. Phil is a great guy and they rebuilt my transmission. There prices could not be beat. The only drawback was it took forever to get my car back as they were very busy.

Took my truck here after going to a different place first. They had an actual diagnosis and saved me over $2,000 compared to the first place.

I had a issue with my van throwing a shifter code and getting stuck in 2nd gear until the code was cleared. Took it to a shop out here in San Tan valley who had high reviews. They charged me $136.00 to tell me that after 212000 miles that it needed the transmission rebuilt for $4800.00. I called around to several places and the best price I could find was $3600.00 and they were booked 2 1/2 months out. Then the wife heard from some friends that they just got their van back from Phil's Transmission shop and they were very happy with the price, the job they did and the speed in which it was completed. We decided to give Phil a shot at it since his prices were so much cheaper than everyone else's. I found Phil to be a person who seemed very humble and down to earth. But mostly he cared about others and seemed to be a very honest guy. We need more people in this world like that. Everything was true that our friends were saying. You don't stay in business 46 years unless you are good at what you do and your as honest as the day is long. The van now shifts like it's brand new and is a dream to drive. Makes me want to take a road trip soon. I'm very pleased and glad that we heard about Phil's shop. I will be taking all my vehicles there each year to have the transmission fluid and filters change for one heck of a good price. Thank you Phil and your guys for a awesome experience when at first I was very discouraged about these other shops and what they are charging. It's no wonder to me why you get so much business.
