This place is a total rip -off! For $ 20 I got a container of broth a few slices of beef and very little veggies with my order and it listed more on the menu. The menu is deceiving, ask questions as to how much you're going to receive or you'll end up paying for a bunch of broth that is instant broth not made from scratch. Service was non communicative so speak up! Overall satisfaction I give them a zero.

Best pho I had in last 2 years, try sausage spring roll and bun Bo hue. Friendly staff and clean restroom.

Zero stars! Finally after 3years when the owner is working, my order is screwed up. Beef chow mein became shrimp chow mein. And they fixed it but with fun flat noodles. She said they only had one type of noodles. Irritating. Now I have plates of beef vegetable. She refused to give me a refund. I’m never returning.

Man, so many vegetables, such a good price. Great experience overall. Fantastic spot. Will hit it up again

This has been the best Vietnamese Food experience I’ve EVER had! Amazing! Authentic! The egg rolls were PERFECT! The Pho Soup was unbeatable! Unbelievable! I wish you guys moved where we live! Phoenix, you are in good hands! Stop searching for the best Vietnamese food place in Phoenix …. Pho A. V. Is it!

They're noodle bowls are exceptionally good I haven't found anything bad on the menu yet very reasonable good food

Probably order here a few times a month, for over a year, since moving to this area of town. Wonderful pho.

Came in for iced Vietnamese coffee made the proper way in the metal drip container. Family owned establishment, would love to have some food next time

We got there late but our food was still very good. The staff was a little blunt with us, but seeing as they were literally closing as we finished eating, I totally understand. Other than that, I didn't really enjoy my soup but that was a personally thing. I'm sure if I find something more my style, and don't go so late, it'll be 5/5

The cashier asked my brother if he was sure that he wanted to order all the food that he was ordering because apparently it was “expensive” she judged him because his clothing was a little dirty from his job as a tire shop employee. She really needs new training!

Ordered at 6pm.restaurant cancelled my order at 715 to close rather than make SOUP that they had over an hour to make! Well they just lost my business.

Long story short they shorted me one broth and tried to tell me they could give it to me for an extra $3! I even had the receipt and did the math over the phone! The guy basically ignored me! As I was talking he said “thank you have a good day” and hung up! What a scam! Never go here. The food we were given was gross and tasteless. Think again before trying this hole in the wall.

Absolutely shameful. Their dishes are child sized portions and I found pubic hair in 2 of their dishes! Disgusting. NEVER EVER go here or order from here.

I've only had the dumplings here, bit they are excellent. The dipping sauce is sweet and spicy, with a good balance of the two. The inside is very clean, and has a lovely vibe. The person taking orders in the restaurant has a strong accent, so I sometimes have to repeat myself a few times and so does she, but the staff is still very nice.

Vietnamese food, mmm, so great. A preferred evening place. Staff treated us so nice. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.
