Phở Number One Restaurant, Mesa AZ

Sunday morning I woke up I wanted Pho. I want to try somewhere I hadn’t been yet. That was the best choice of the day. When I walked in to pick up my order I was greeted with all smiles and my food ready. That was hands-down, the best Pho broth I’ve had in a long time. Every drop was consumed! I couldn’t get enough! They even had gluten free noodle options. It might be a while before I try another new place. Their Pho justifies their name. I will be back soon!

First time trying here and it's going to be my favorite pho place to go.

The staff are racist. Every time I’ve come with people they seem to “forget” about my food and I have to go up and ask them or they won’t bring it out. The service isn’t great and the food is okay. The pho broth wasn’t very good. Only the fried rice and thai tea are good.

Four 5 years, this place has been my absolute favorite pho spot. The service is quick, the food is delicious & the atmosphere is welcoming. The consistency is always on point

Cool place the food was cool I took pictures just to say I was there. The Pho was OK. The cashier was very nice I did not like the sugarcane drink I thought it tasted like grass.

Was looking for a great Pho restaurant, and found it here. Clean, nice waitstaff. We ordered Pork fried dumplings, pho with beef brisket and beef with peppers onions and rice. Wow, all fresh ingredients, tasted wonderful. Highly, highly recommended!

Wonton soup, house combo fried rice, tempura shrimp, grill beef with betel leaf and grill pork, noodle soup with well done brisket. The food is well done and well prepared. Allot of different taste, fresh and excellent on your palate. I always come here for the fried combo rice for lunch. Wanted to try some other combination. Very cool and quite atmosphere. Very family centered. Finish it off with steam banana cake.yum yum.

I got "number 13, " which was grilled beef in betel leaf, grilled pork, vermicelli noodles, veggies, rice paper to wrap in, and fish sauce to dip in. I liked everything except the grilled beef in the betel leaf- it was a bit dry and the flavor was not that great. The noodles and fish sauce were okay. The pork and veggies were amazing.

The food was delicious, the service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was chill. Def will be going back. Shrimp tempura was delicious. Pho with ribs was amazing.

Awful.my partner waited almost half an hour for two dishes that normally take half the time (we have been here before). Staff is insanely rude each time we go in.my food was cold, the broth, the tofu, noodles, everything.i called and told them and the man on the phone kept speaking over me.go to pho fresh alley in tempe if you want decent pho and kind service.with years of service industry experience under my belt, i feel like this place shouldnt even be open with how they run.do better.

I have been to Pho Number One three times now and have had an excellent experience every time. The owners and wait staff is polite and the food is delivered quickly and hot.
Each dish we have had has been amazing.

I have tried probably 10 different pho places in AZ and this is probably in the top 2 in my list. This place has very good pho with friendly staff and the prices are reasonable. The portions are nice and the meat was great. I would recommend this place to friends who want a good bowl of pho.

Excellent food. I was pleasantly surprised by the phô broth. You can taste the love that it's made with.

Delish! Husband got pork fried rice and I had chicken vermicelli. I'm gluten free & vermicelli is a delicious dinner.

I absolutely love getting steam hot bowls of pho and chilled tasty fresh shrimp rolls. Always fresh ingredients and hot broth are perfect for these desert winter months! They have many different pho options to choose from and can add in many meat options to customize it! Just ask and they will make it any way you like! And it always tastes so great and it’s so good for you! I love the dipping sauces for the rolls like Thai peanut and the add in sauces for the pho like hoisin and siracha!

Overall solid and clean Vietnamese restaurant. Inside looks newer and has some stone accent features. Very pleasant and welcoming. The food is some of the best Vietnamese I've had. Very authentic. Plenty of sauces at the table for personal taste enhancement. I think it's family owned because it also has that personal feel. Great for 20 person family get together or a date night. Lighting is not too bright and definitely not too dim. It is just right. Near Dobson Ranch golf course so I come here after and get the egg rolls and fish sauce. Delicious.
