If you’re looking for a Viet place with little to no service, this is the place to be. Walked in for a table of three and no one looked at us let alone greet us. We asked one of the staff and he just said sit anywhere you want but most of the tables still had bowls from the last sitting. I had to grab my table our own menu. Sat there trying to wave down any available staff, but no one seemed to care.

One staff member who was clearing tables got us some water, but when I asked him to take our order, he said someone else would come. They’ll make eye contact with you while you flag them down, but ignore you and keep doing other things.

Overall experience time was 20 mins of being ignored.

As a door Dasher I spent 40 minutes waiting for a meal. They have no interest in being on delivery but refused to co off the app. Incredibly rude to the people that are trying to make a living doing delivery as well as the people waiting for the food.

While we’ve not dined in, our takeaway was better than expected. Which, was actually expected.

A colleague recc'd this place and I've never been happier. I got the brisket+meatball pho and fried rolls, both were delicious.

The pho was - not too salty and packed with flavor. I tasted the broth before adding any other sauceI think I added less than a whole squirt of hoisin sauce, it really didn't need it tbh but I'm used to adding it so I just added a bit this time.

Honestly, I loved it so much I took photos of the menu so I'd have an updated price list and think ahead of what to get next time I go

10/31/23 This time I got a half eaten steak. A T bone has meat on both sides of the bone. The most tender piece has been eaten.

The flavor wasn't good either.

I paid $40 and they ate half the steak. The most tender piece. See the pictures.

I had 54 I think a T bone steak marinated with rice and salad.

Bahn Mi is super delicious and a great value/cheap. The other dishes (e.g, pho, spring rolls, fried egg rolls, grilled meats, vermicelli, etc) are goo, but not as delicious as the bahn Mi.

This is real local place you have to know about it. I can see the lady was working by herself she'll tell you 1 minute and she'll be back in like 5: 00 minutes I liked it The food was great atmosphere was like they have a lot of regulars. I'm going to start going there for now on.

This is the place to go to for authentic pho! Generous portion at an amazing price. Their rice dishes as well as the egg rolls are great too.

Really enjoyed the authentic flavors here. Impressed with the very neat packaging of our take out order. Local clientele and friendly service give charm to this small business.

Do not go there. Unhelpful. Rude service. The food tasted horrible. No refills on drinks. So disappointed.

My significant other and I were loyal customers for years, going on sundays at noon. We will never eat there again because the last time we went and were about to pay, they added about 50 something$ onto our total and said we didnt pay the last time we went. We were there the sunday prior and I remember exactly what I ordered. We ordered an Pho 2A XL (my girlfriend always, always, orders pho everytime she goes) but we were given a regular size when it arrived and informed the female waiter who almost always is our server but she said I ordered a regular, since we loved the place and never had a bad experience, I figured maybe she didn't hear me so I didnt mind. I also wanted to order the rice paper with grape leaf meat but I think I must of put my finger on the wrong number and ordered the one on top, because I got the sausage with rice paper one instead. I went to her and told her I got the wrong dish and she said it was what I ordered. I thought she would be nice enough to take it back and replace it, especially since were regulars, but she didnt. It probably was my mistake so I kept it and ordered the one I wanted and ate both of them. We always get waters usually and maybe a few times have gotten cans of american soda, but NEVER ordered any other drinks.

I remember 100% paying and tipping them as I always do with card, as it was only a week ago. Why would I run away without paying for my bill, then return the next week and order more food? Does that make any sense? Do they think im that stupid?

This place uses an old machine and pen and paper order taking so the order they claimed was ours, was taken the same day we went there, but had items we never ordered. I remember it had a dry vermicelli noodle dish and the grape leaf rice paper dish, vietnamese pickled soda drink and another specialty drink. If you calculate everything I ordered that day plus tax it comes to 43 something, not the 50 something they claimed I ran out on.
I tried to check my bank account on my phone but their system takes a long time to actually show up on the card statement. So I couldnt show it to them that I did pay, I didnt have my reciept with me, most people wouldn't keep a week old food reciept either way. I tried to explain to her that it wasnt us, that we only ordered waters and never those vietnamese drinks and named the exact dishes I ordered but she still was saying it was us. We have been customers for years, our orders ALWAYS included a pho. All the hand written order reciept had was the name of the food and the date. The only same thing between me and the actual thief had was that they both had the grape leaf rice paper dish ordered and it was purchased the same day I visited which was september 3rd. Maybe I look like the same people? Even if I did, they did not even ask me if I maybe forgot to pay last time, instead they try to force it onto my bill and make us pay it.

Not only did she embarrass me in front of all the customers, I suffered a panic attack and started crying in front of everyone. Then the older man at the register said its okay and that he was just going to charge us for that day. No apology or sorry or anything. If you don't have camera footage or good evidence, you shouldnt accuse someone of stealing from you. I am a 32 year old man with PTSD and im crying as I write this review because not only was I wrongly being accused of being a thief, but also a liar and I felt betrayed. I felt that they didnt care about our loyalty at all, it meant nothing to them, they just put money first over a human being. The charge eventually posted to my account and you can see that I did pay that day.

They have a Buddha statue at the cash register. The fourth precept of Buddhism is to refrain from false and harmful speech. Please learn from the accident so that future customers are not harmed. Someone can file a civil complaint for emotional distress if they have to seek medical care after being publically humiliated/defamed and already have trouble being out in public in the first place due to anxiety.

Meh, it wasn't as great as people said it was. The pho had barely any flavor, and the service was too slow.

We were seated as soon as we walked through the door and given menus, too. But it took the lady 20 minutes to come get our order. Waited about 10 minutes for food, and it was awful. The peanut sauce doesn't taste like like peanut is more of sweet watery sauce. And the broth was pretty blend, I ordered an extra large to share with my six year old, and all it had was 3 pieces of brisket. Omg It was my first time there and my last as well.

Food good. So many choices. Parking is free. Service charge added to your check. So don’t be surprised. If you can, cover food with napkins, you’ll see what I mean. Friendly staff.

My husband and I eat here at least once, if not twice, a week. This is our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The servers are quick and friendly, price is totally reasonable and food is always amazing. Definitely recommend.

Coming from Chicago, this makes me feel like I'm back there again, great food, wonderful service and one of those spots where if you have a good sized group stop by and eat well share laughs and be content.

I absolutely love the food and the people running the place. I've been here more than a handful of times & bring friends! #1B & @44 are my all time favorite!

New favorite Vietnamese place! Very good food, "real" vibe, affordable prices, and big servings.
