If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all the address they have on Google AND the address they sent me in text/email does not contain THEIR ACTUAL BUILDING NUMBER so I walked around for 15 minutes outside. Then when I got in the Receptionist was nice and told me I needed my insurance card which I didn't have because united Healthcare didn't tell me I need to bring it (it's my first time going to hospital as an adult)

So I was cussing to myself on the way out while calling United Healthcare because I was already just in a bad mood from walking around outside and when I get back in the receptionist told me "the doctor doesn't want to see you because of your language and you slammed the door"

I was actually glad because I want to get seen by a professional and the reviews here are horrible, they would have charged me an arm and a leg and I need to get a lump checked out so I am going to find a better rated doctor to visit and I suggest you do the same

Also its very small and gloomy in there, beware!

Love love love Dr. James Copley. He listens and honestly wants to help. It’s great to find someone that wants to help. The staff is great too. Check them out!

Everyone has been so friendly. James is the best and I can tell he loves what he do. He is my first male doctor and I might saw I feel VERY comfortable with him Lillie is so welcoming. You don't see that a lot in a doctor office. I have been coming to this office for years. Yes they have been many changes but hey that's life. I'll see you all in two months

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Copley. He was very professional, attentive and addressed my concerns. He put in a referral for me as well. I am also happy to see that they now have an in-house SonoraQuest laboratory. I did not have any issues getting in on time, and the appointment and blood draw only took an hour. The Ahwatukee office seems to be running much more efficiently than they were previously.

Waited almost 3 hours to be seen even with an appointment! To make matters worse, I received a letter the other day stating that my identity might have been stolen since their system had been compromised.

Hey! Do you want to wait over two months for an appointment and the week before have them cancel and offer you another appointment in two more months! If so, you should use Phoenician Primary Care. This place is trash.

If I could provide no stars I would. Terrible experience today. Saw Nancy Day, she barely made eye contact, and when I was asking questions her reply was "not relevant" I asked for a referral to an ENT and was told instead to take my medication differently. I was asking about some correlating symptoms I was experiencing, and was told "not relevant". How can they be not relevant if I am experiencing them? Not relevant to what? I left there with no questions answered, and a mammograms referral? (Which though I need - was NOT RELEVANT to why I was even AT THE DR TODAY!)

Where to even start. I just got back from this appointment. It was incredibly awkward and just.odd.

The initial person taking my vitals and asking my reason for the visit was very short and seemed almost.annoyed. I get that it's tough dealing with the public, but most of us have to do so over the course of our employment.

I saw Nurse Practioner, Nancy Day. She was equally as "accommodating". I had been with her for about 7 minutes before she even looked at me. I could provide examples, but overall, it was just a truly weird and uncomfortable experience.

The leadership - if it's Nancy - certainly comes through in her employees, unfortunately. When I got in my car to leave, I actually laughed because I felt like I just escaped the twilight zone.

I can say, the one positive is that the phlebotomist was very friendly; I have a feeling she knows what a circus this place is.

If you want good medical care, with someone who's caring - or even normal-ish, lol - stay away from this practice.

The staff just stare at you oddly as if they’re more interested in judging you than helping you. They lack empathy, concern for their patients ailments and treat you as if they can’t be bothered with your issues. People are coming because they genuinely need help. And it doesn’t take much to act in a caring and compassionate way. I can see why this place has a 1 star rating. It’s very accurate. Go elsewhere if you actually want healthcare and not to be treated as an insurance check.
