It is no secret that we live in an under served community when it comes to medical care. I found Phoenix Cancer Institute while I was in the hospital waiting to be released. They would not release me until I had a Dr willing to manage my care. Without meeting me, Phoenix Cancer Center agreed to take me as a new patient. I can’t say enough good things about Dr Kellie and her staff. They are compassionate, treat you like a person, and involve you in making your own medical decisions by providing you with all the information necessary to make good decisions. Most of their patients are facing one of the biggest challenges they have ever faced in their lives, and the staff at Phoenix Cancer Institute really gets it. I personally feel so blessed to have met them.

Doctor Rosinski,
Thank you for all your hard work dedication and knowledge, especially in this little town. After you diagnose my wife with stage 4 lung cancer, We were physically, mentally, and emotionally Wore out, But you had a plan and that was to get started Chemo therapy amino therapy and radiation therapy, what ever you could throw at it to slow it down. You were continuously testing for other options. Before round three of treatment. You called us back in and said she qualified for targeted medication, and it's working day by day one day at a time. You have given me my wife back. We are still traveling this road, but we are very thankful that you're on it with us. Also, a big thank you to the staff who is dedicated to doing a good job daily. I would highly recommend Doctor Rosiskie and his staff at Phoenix Cancer Center. Thank you

Sincerely, Stacy Thomasson

There are no words to say how greatful I am for the phoenix cancer institute. It starts back on October 23rd, 2020. I went to the hospital with extreme abdominal pains. Found out I had a cancer; 13cm tumour. Stage 4 colorectal cancer. They sent me to Vegas where I had surgery on 11-1-20 to remove the blockage and put an ostomy to prevent another blockage. I was released on 11-20-20 and went home and ended up back in the hospital 4 times in the next year and finally in between hospital stays started chemotherapy. Had 4 rounds of chemotherapy one with radiation and they managed to shrink it down to have surgery to remove the remainder of the tumour. So off to St. Joseph’s hospital in phoenix where Dr. Powell got the tumour and I’m now CANCER FREE. So, thank you Dr. Rosinski, Dr. Willis, and my care team that saved my life! And god forbid you need an oncologist, please do not overlook the phoenix cancer institute. One more thing, if you feel like giving up, Don’t! I didn’t and there were times I thought I couldn’t take it any longer but I didn’t give up. I had the strength to live and HOPE! Love you all from the bottom of my heart!

On June 27,2022 was our first meeting with Dr. Steve & Dr. Kellie. We were referred to them by the oncologist at Sunrise in Vegas as my husband Bill had been diagnosed with Stage 4 kidney cancer which had metastasized to his brain and lung. We were devastated and so very overwhelmed. Dr. Steve explained that our first priority was the four masses in his brain. We would start with radiation treatments with Dr Willis and then move on to immunotherapy for the kidney cancer, which he explained they’ve had amazing success with. He answered all our questions thoroughly with knowledge and compassion. I said to him my husband is a carpenter, he loves working with his hands, creating beautiful things for his daughters homes, I just want him to be able to do that again. He looked at me and said quietly “a carpenter, we will get him building again”! Bill started his radiation treatments with Dr. Willis whom he really liked he was really doing good with the treatments, but as we progressed his cognitive behavior and his mobility started to diminish and we discovered Bill had more than 4 masses in his brain, there were many more. On August 5th I contacted Dr Steve and told him Bill was not doing well he had me take him to the hospital ER and he ordered a CT on his brain to see if there had been a change, which there hadn’t. So I took him home and between Dr Steve and Dr Salamatin our primary they had Bill set up at home on hospice within hours. Dr Steve made sure I had everything I needed to care properly for Bill and that he was comfortable. Dr Steve was wonderful he gave me his personal number to call him for anything. Bill passed away at home 8 days later. Dr Steve called me and told me how very sorry he was that they sincerely thought Bill was going to do good with the treatments. Dr Steve knew Bill and I are Christians and have a strong belief in our Lord and Savior, he said to me “Robin remember how I told you we would get him building again, well he may not be building here, but now his building with the most amazing carpenter Jesus Christ”. In closing I have to say oncologist doctors are not miracle workers, they are human beings that have hard jobs to do every day and people go to them with the worst news ever they have cancer. Yes they have made amazing strides with cancer research and treatments and more and more people are surviving. Unfortunately that’s not always the case and when a patient doesn’t make it many times people blame the doctors. In mine and Bill’s case, we were told in Vegas by the oncologist that if we chose to do nothing he would pass very quickly, if we chose treatment only God knows how much more time we would have. We chose God and God gave us 8 more weeks. So rather than blame the doctors I chose to thank them for giving us those 8 additional weeks. Bill loved each and everyone one of the staff there so much but John his Rad Tech was his angel and you kept us both smiling, and then there is sweet Elise who Bill kidded with every time we’d check in, he told me she’s like one of our granddaughters. One thing Bill wanted to do is ring the bell and get his certificate, but sadly that didn’t happen, but he’s ringing it in heaven. Thank you all for the love and compassion we always felt each time we came in. God bless each and everyone of you.

The “A” Team of Doctors Kellie & Stephen have been hands on from the 1st. Day we walked into their office. Following my diagnosis they developed a dynamic treatment plan and here we are four some years later “another success story! ” When I asked my Primary Care Provider in Bullhead City why she had referred me to “The Doctors Rosinski”Team she simply and directly replied, “Because THEY ARE THE BEST “. I agree!

Being diagnosed with Cancer is probably one of the most scariest experiences a person can go through. I watched my 21 year old son fight his cancer for over 3 years and lost his fight most unfortunately. So I know first hand about the down side of Cancer. I was SOOOOOOOOOOO fortunate to have found the Phoenix Cancer Institute and most of all Dr. Steven Rosinski! ! ! ! I have never seen a more kind, welcoming caring facility. There isn't anyone who doesn't greet you and take care of you with the utmost respect & love! ! I have had the pleasure of dealing with:
Lena, Alyse, Breanda, Victoria & several wonderful employees who took my vitals. Finally there are professionals that will ACTUALLY listen to you and look you in the eye when they respond. Thank the Lord for Phoenix Cancer Institute! ! ! With gratitude... Sunny:)

I can't say enough about how amazing these doctors are. They have something intangible that no other doctor has. Double doctorate degrees, so smart, but more importantly, they have heart and really care. My sister is alive because of them. Thank God!

At an early age of just 33 I found myself needing blood thinners to live. Had it not been for Dr. Rosinski who knows if I’d still be here. I now am able to monitor my blood and get regular feedback from the doctors and I feel in Good hands.

Dr. Rosinski treated me for my stage 2b Pancreatic Cancer (at another facility) approximately 5 years ago. When I first was diagnosed, I had no intention of trying chemotherapy but he told me about the recent improvements in chemo side effect control and urged me to try it as it would be an advantage prior to the Whipple surgery. So I went forward with it. For the most part I tolerated treatment well enough to participate in light to moderate activities until the last treatment prior to the Whipple, but the difficulties were manageable medically. I have since recovered well and appear to be cancer free. Dr. Rosinski not only provided me with a treatment that was that I could tolerate carefully monitoring and adjusting things as needed but also communicated with with insurance as an advocate to allow me to have a needed scan for staging. As busy as he was, he was always a good listener. He coordinated with the surgeon well to maximize benefit from chemo prior to the Whipple. I believe that he was a very big part of why I'm still here. I am grateful. Needless to say, I highly recommend him as an Oncologist/Hematologist

African Americans need to stay away from bullhead doctors period. Including hospitals and anything medical in bullhead City. Just a warning if you are a newcomer! In fact, we should not even be moving no where near bullhead City. I'm starting to believe that whole city is being ran by hidden kkk men and women officials.who's running things. Don't be fooled because you meet some good people there because there are some good people that live in bullhead City but the people that's running that whole city I suspect nationalist, Aries,? And yes medical facilities are probably only kind towards African Americans that look mixed or look biracial. You can't tell me you have to look hard to find it. Even the cops are corrupt and follow black people around as they're driving through that city. I want dare tell you about your experiences as a Caucasian person so don't try to judge and tell me about my experiences as a black person in bullhead City!
