Were referred to them by insurance… told me to wait until Feb for our 10 week old premie, (3 weeks adjusted), the receptionist just said “sorry mom, I can give you our other offices number”

What? Lol.

The staff here are top notch! I've always been able to get scheduled as needed, helped when asked, and always greeted warmly by all. Very clean and organized office as well.
Dr. Gill is absolutely amazing! My 2 and 7-year old sons love her and so do we! She takes the time to explain and talk things out with us and the kids. She follows up on any concerns or progress because she genuinely cares. She's sweet-natured, intelligent, and most of all compassionate. We're so lucky to have her as our pediatrician! Thank you Dr. Gill and Phoenix Children's Pediatrics!

I go out of my way from Goodyear to take my children here. Dr Salvatore and Dr Gill are some of the best pediatricians I’ve come across. They’ve always managed to help figure out the root of every issue I’ve had with my children. They take the time to listen and always manage to help explain things in ways that I can best help my kids with whatever is currently going on at the time. The nurses are nice as well as the front desk receptionists. I couldn’t ask for anything better from every staff member that’s working there. Absolutely love this establishment!

I’m only rating 1 star because the staff in the front are absolutely HORRIBLE and disrespectful! This is the second time they scheduled an appointment and upon getting there they refuse to see us because we don’t have an appointment scheduled for that day EVEN after showing them the physical card they gave us with our appointment date and time they tell us “it’s your responsibility to know when your appointment is” with attitude. RUDE! We are obviously here because we have an appointment! Seems like this is something they need to work on their end and actually schedule the appointment in the system! Very upset with their response and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL EVER.the lady in the front could have been a bit more respectful but she was the complete opposite!

Billing issues. The doctor and appointment went great. We are self pay, paid my bill in full onsite after appointment. Low and behold, I receive a bill, With a much higher amount, and or course they have no record of my payment. Of course I have records to prove otherwise and will be able to set this right, but having to put up the fight, and effort to do so is not acceptable.

It's unfortunate that this is standard in the medical field with any company. Do better, be better. Stop allowing this to be the norm.

Love this place. Fun kid atmosphere and staff is super friendly. Kids love going here and are always excited to always leave with goodies. Highly recommend.

My children have been going there since 2008 and I have always enjoyed the service and the kindness of the staff.

Dr Salvador suggested to me to let my baby cry at night and only get him to feed him every 4-5 hours. Go through a checklist and if he doesn’t “need” anything to not get him. Even after I explained he’s waking up in pain. Just ignore your young baby crying in pain? Seriously? Crying it out is so outdated and linked to mental problems later in life. Also missed a very obvious tongue/lip tie because he only glanced in my sons mouth and didn’t throughly look.ones even I could see without any training. If you’re not trained or comfortable in ties then refer patients to someone who actually is.also when my son had covid they gave me the wrong dosage for his meds so he was suffering through a fever longer due to being underdosed

Absolute horrified that I get a text msg 1 hr before my son's apt to tell me, no other siblings can attend, then when I tell them I am a stay at home mom and he has to come, they say it's fine as long as "he sits down and doesn't touch anything".

Absolutely unacceptable then the manager tells me that a 4 yr old should be able to sit down and not touch anything. Whether it be a tablet or book or whatever. Sure.if the kid that was coming to see you didn't have a development delt or ADHD or a brain injury, unbelievable. I'm not coming to any doctor office that can't be understanding of special needs children.

Nurses are awesome the doc on the other hand has no listening skills and at minimum if teaching a med student needs to have the ability to listen and sense enough to realize kids and babies are not text books. 1 not listening and 2 failure to observe that you are a new person in a babies life so he won’t talk to you after being told he talks full sentences at home and is shy is by no means a development issue it’s a lack of common sense of the person assuming the answers. The facility is only cleaned on contact surfaces and 1/4” of dust is currently sitting on top of places like paper towel dispensers cabinets and the exam tables need to be wiped down under the paper as well as the under shelf as well as the dispenser for toungue depressors If this was a tattoo parlor I would walk out immediately what makes me think that sterile items are sterile if you can’t keep simple things clean that involve a wipe down.

New staff is unreliable, unprofessional simple tasked as scanning in medical record is such a hassle in this place. The medical assistant and the physician have no since of communication! I send them 4x a medical records it’s been a month, and still to this very day I called and they have no recollection of what I’m talking about they have lost medical form of my child and I personally have to drive down and take them in myself and watch the medical assistant scan it in she told me we will call you, I waited a week to get a call back since nobody called me, I called them the medical assistant did nothing but say Oh i don’t know we will call you back it’s been a month and to still get the same results they have no idea what I’m talking about. Don’t waste your the time with this place! Theirs better offices that take their job seriously.
