Went to get my daughter's cast off here.
The staff were very nice.

Everything was good but when a nurse took the cast off my daughter, she cut her skin. Supposedly the machine was meant to not cut the kids but it did. All I ask is if you can please be a bit more careful with others. My daughter was scared but didn't start to cry and scream till she actually got hurt.

PSA*** You all have to start reporting issues. The doctors who work at thus facilities are NOT employess of phoenix childrens. They use the facility. You have to report to the medical boards, you have to report to your insurance companies, you have to report to the bbb, you have to report to the attorney generals office, you have to report to HHS, you have to report to ahcccs quality management if you have ahcccs. Leaving a review is good but if you don't report these issue to the appropriate places these issue will not be handled

Amazed with the amazing care my son received last week. Zero wait time and we were treated so well the entire visit.

Waste of time. Took my 4 yr old granddaughter with what I thought was obvious signs of impetigo. They said no. Not impetigo, just sinus congestion with a rash from dry skin. No treatment suggestion other than to use Vaseline in her nostrils for the dryness/crustiness. Followed up with pcp and she said it was such classic impetigo and couldn’t understand how anyone could have not seen it. Definitely won’t be going back to these people. Worthless!

Just trash. Took my 4 yr old daughter for what I believed was impetigo, which was rather evident. They replied "no. " Not impetigo, just sinus congestion and a dry skin rash. For the dryness/crustiness, the only recommended treatment is Vaseline in her nostrils. When pcp was contacted later, she remarked that the impetigo was so recognizable that she found it difficult to believe that anyone could have missed it. Will not be returning to these folks in any way. By this point, I could have her better.

Uneducated in my opinion took my 9 month old here for fever diarrhea runny nose. They wanted to test him for a UTI. They tried the catheter multiple times and did not get any urine sample and after that he was crying his legs were shaking when he had to use the bathroom and they kept saying it’s not from the catheter, but he was peeing normal and using the bathroom before they tried the catheter he is still like this today we took him to his doctor today. Turns out he has Covid you think they will test him for the flu and Covid since it’s going around and he has no symptoms but they literally did nothing but put him in more pain! Even his doctor said why would they not test him for the obvious and that the catheter could and did cause him pain to use the bathroom which they said it’s not from the catheter but my baby was using the bathroom normal before they tried multiple times save yourself and do not go here go to Phoenix children’s on Thomas they never disappoint and test for all things

The best experience here at the Children’s hospital in Avondale! Nurse Tamiko is Amazing! She made my son feel comfortable and safe in her hands while drawing blood and putting iv. Also Doctor Furmick was amazing informing me with lab results and overall experience deserves more the 5 stars!

After visiting doctor and have done lab work no one call me back and I don't even what was the lab report for my daughter. It's already been 3 months.
