The Doctor was amazing she listened, looked at me while I was speaking and was very engaged in what I was saying. She did not rush me or talk over me. She is a class act and I would recommend Advanced Dermatology to anyone hands down. The entire staff was fantastic.

They were efficient and on time with my appointment. The doctor was very informative and educated me throughout the appointment.

Appointment on time, friendly staff, asked what was bothering me, fixed the problem. Very well run office.

Sean is the absolute best! He really takes time to understand your issue and find a way to resolve it. He makes you feel like he genuinely cares about his patients I never feel rushed and have left every time feeling more confident with my skin issues. The front office staff is wonderful as well always super friendly even when they are super busy. 10/10 recommend!

Close to home. Friendly staff. Educating physicians. Should not use my middle name and sending me emails, my first and last name are more than sufficient. Also it is a online paperwork application you fill out on your first visit. But the staff entered my information and wrong. When I pointed this out it still wasn't changed.

First of all, when you walk in, the front office staff are incredibly kind and caring which starts the visit off well. The MA's are all knowledgeable and compassionate. Kendall is an excellent PA who made me feel at ease and genuinely cared about my concerns. To top it off, he did a wonderful job with my excision. I would recommend this clinic to anyone! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Andy the PA is fantastic he was able to diagnose and treat discoloration I had on my forehead for 2-3 years, I had seen multiple practitioners and they were all incorrect in previous treatment options

First time I went they were 45 min late to see me. Today I waited for an hour past my appointment time and left. They have no respect for the patients time and did not even apologize when I told them I had to go.

Their billing department billed my visit with the wrong tax ID causing my visit to be billed as Adam Network. I contacted their office and their billing office and no one has gotten back to me to help resolve this problem. Very frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone because their billing department will mess up.

All staff and Dr. Kendall Jenson are sooo very sweet and reassuring! *Especially eager and committed in supplying my needs! They've been and continue to be determined in my treatments and I've been grateful in the results! Yaaaay!
If u haven't tried visiting here and are in need of an awesome dermatologist who really works to get your needs met, search no more. (plus, the staff and front office are delightful, polite and informative-which really makes me comfortable and at ease)

Kendall is great. He's very straightforward and to the point, but also gives lots of options for treatment.

Prompt and professional services. I got my biopsy results back ASAP and am now able to move forward with a treatment plan.

Dr. Yarbrough is a great doctor. He truly cares about his patients and for that I'm very grateful. I've been seeing him for 15 plus years and I want him to know how much I appreciate him.

I have been a patient at Scottsdale Dermatology since I was 19 years old. I am now 53. I had my 6 month check up last week and as always, the quality of care is 2nd to none, the entire staff is pleasant and lovely, and always make me feel at home. Having such excellent care for this Irish girl's fair skin here in the desert? Priceless. Thank you, Kendall et all <3

I was given an appointment at the Phoenix address to specifically see Dr Fisler. When I arrived I learned that there was a mistake made by the appointment receptionist in Florida and that Dr. Fisler is never at that office. Being that I was already there I saw the doctor at that facility and the outcome was professional and positive. This staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Treatment was excellent, but it is impossible to get through to anyone regarding wound care or follow up info. I called six times and tried every option offered and still was unable to get through!

My physician reccomended I see a dermatoligist because she suspects I have skim cancer. I called to schedual an apppointment and they said I would see a PA. I respectfully asked how I see a dermatologist and the lady got very rude and hung up on me. Hung up on the teenager with cancer. Don't go here. Not that they would take you anyway.

The only reason I give even 2stars is because the front desk ladies are great. The PA I saw, on the other hand, was beyond rude, dismissive, and refused to perform the tasks ordered by my primary physician. He gave me unnecessary medication and was only in the room for 6minutes.

I waited in their waiting room for 30 minutes. Then taken back to a small room that I sat for another 20 minutes before I got to see the Dr.

Treating your customers with such disregard for their time is a clear sign that you do not care about your customers.

There is no reason to make someone wait for you to grace them with your presence for the 5 minutes it took.

If you cannot schedule people correctly then your skills in every aspect come into question.

Dr. Yarbrough is excellent, staff is efficient and helpful, and they were able to schedule an appointment on short notice.
