Because of the experience I received, I am far more at ease knowing my request will be taken care of and the love will be put into the flowers. I would definitely be a return customer. Very professional! I am extremely happy with Phoenix Flowers Shops, Phoenix Az. Customer service is wonderful. I ordered flowers on line but still called to discuss the order with them. I worked with Karen who went out of her way to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I do not live in Phoenix so I was not able to go to the shop myself. The person I was delivering to was not able to get to the door when they showed up and Karen called me immediately to let me know there was no answer and they did not feel comfortable leaving them. I was able to reach the person I was having them delivered to and called back the flower shop. Karen arraigned to have them redelivered! Again she went way out of her way to help me. I was texted pictures of the flower arrangement and it is sooo beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much, seriously could not be more pleased!

She and her staff are amazing! The flowers were breathtaking! Delivery service is timely and efficient.

He was very accommodating and willing to work within our budget. He made beautiful table arrangements, my bridal bouquet and flowers for our wedding cake. We went to your flower shop a week ago, and it all looked so elegant! I saw a lovely display of various arrangements of flowers in the flower shop. I was looking for a flower shop to pre order an arrangement for my mom and came across buzzy bee on yelp, they did a great role in helping me decide on the arrangement I wanted and provided great service with a great price. Tony was a big help and I will for sure be back for more occasions.

In this flower shop, my friends always buy flowers for their loved ones, or even beautify their homes. They have a wide selection of flowers from which to pick. This flower shop was suggested to me by my friends and they were right! It stands out in this store! Top-notch were their floral arrangements, programs, and deliveries! I bought flowers here for the first time last week, for my mom's birthday.

I just had flowers delivered to a family member by Phoenix Flowers. I am not from the area so I didn’t know what to expect. The shop was able to deliver the flowers with 1-day notice & the delivery person called me immediately after delivery to let me know that the recipient did not come to the door right away. I was able to coordinate so that they received them soon after. The flowers are absolutely beautiful, the delivery was flawless, and the service was top notch. Some of the best flowers I’ve ever seen & the pricing is reasonable - especially given the delivery!

The flowers for our daughter's wedding were more beautiful than we could imagine. They were rustic, romantic, and amazingly beautiful. Words cannot express our gratitude to the professional, talented, and amazing staff that goes above and beyond.

Eh. Flowers are fine, price was high. I left directions in my order to deliver as late in the evening as possible because both me, and the recipient work during the day and the story's policy is to not leave them on the doorstep. They called me at 1: 30 saying the recipient wasnt home and there would need to be other arrangements made to pick up flowers (plus covid time changes, but that's not the shops fault) they DID redeliver the flowers, and I greatly appreciate them bending the 'no door stop deliveries' for me when I complained.

I initially ordered flowers from 1800Flowers and they ruined my order, never got the delivery on Valentine’s Day and customer care was terrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes. So I gave up on that and call this store. Kristen answered the call and was super nice took my order over the phone with no hassle. She was very helpful and friendly and less than 2 hours later the flowers were delivered. This experience taught me the value of local businesses and I am never going anywhere else for flowers. Thank you guys for a wonderful service and saving my butt last minute.

You must be remembered by many! I gave a bouquet of roses to my mother last Monday and she was so happy about it. Without this wonderful flower shop, I couldn't have given her that kind of gift. Great and friendly! Got my wife a birthday package but left them over the weekend and all roses died. They ended up replacing the bouquet and made it bigger and better. Thank you to Josh for putting another smile on my wife's face. You guys rock! A good business admits it's mistakes but a great business remedies their mistakes to make the customer happy.
Unfortunately the roses died very quickly again after a few days in a controlled environment with the water being changed out. I've had roses bought other locations that have lasted longer so I won't be returning here too much time and effort. Great customer service though.

I would like to thank to a lady for making the bouquet perfectly. I was amazed by the art he created for it was really perfect. My younger sister was so happy when she received the flower during her 18th birthday. I appreciate your effort guys in making it more beautiful. I loved also the flowers for it was fresh and the fragrance was so alluring.
