2021 or 2022: My power went out and when it came back on, no internet. I called after hours, opened a ticket, and a tech called me next morning, sent me thru an extra trouble-shooting step that I had not been told before, and it was fixed immediately. Very knowledgeable, extremely nice, knew his stuff. Great company.

2/15/22 We had some bad weather, rain, thunder, lightning, and wind, and my internet went off yesterday. I called this morning, spoke with a very nice young man who was helping, but I had to hang up quickly due to my husband (who has Alzheimer’s) walking out the door unassisted. I called back a short time later and spoke with another young man who walked me through a reboot. Unfortunately this is the same problem as above, but I forgot how to correct the problem. Sorry I bothered them, but they both were extremely courteous, patient and helpful. Great service, good company.

Where we are located it is very difficult to find a good internet provider. I tried three other providers before a neighbor mentioned that he has Phoenix Internet. I decided to give it a shot. I was concerned about them being an over the air provider but had no choice. We have no cable internet providers. I have to say that I am 100% pleased with them. They are a top notch company from my experience and I am very happy that I found them.

Keith from the customer service department was excellent in helping me with all my questions and David from the sales department answered all my questions and was very helpful.

The best service I’ve had since 2016 when I moved to the area.
Installer was very knowledgeable, helpful & respectful.
