Phoenix Lamps, Shades, Repairs and Antiques reviews
17My family is so thankful for Phoenix Lamps, Shades, Antiques, and Repairs existing and Peter’s skills because they saved my mom’s heirloom tiffany lamp shade! If you ever break a precious lamp shade, do not throw it out! Take it to Phoenix Lamps, Shades, Antiques, and Repairs because they will make it good as new!
Great place for lampshades and lamp fixes. Now has antiques. Fun place to wander and see what you like.
I used to work there in the 90s. The owner and people then we're great. We all worked together and all customers were were thr with the end result. Sorry to here that this is how this place has become
I needed to have new switches for bedroom lamps, finished while I waited. Great place to spend time waiting.
The best shades in town! Bring in your lamp to get a custom fit with a sturdy, proportioned harp (included with the purchase of a shade). The shades are linen and made in the USA. They told me they will last for 20 years and I believe them. They make my catalog and vintage lamps look stunning! Beautiful selection of finials to complete the look.
It's a very nice store. Friendly staff. Selection doesn't change much. Not enough turnaround on products.
Incredible selection of lamps and shades, plus lamp repairs.not found anymore around town, plus new antique mall.loads of treasures.way cool vintage goodies
Store owner refused to make change.so would not sell me a ceramic vase at an agreed to price with a Booth Vendor.
Very bizarre.
If I had product in this mall I would pull it all!
Part antique lamp shop, part lamp repair, new shades. We had 2 antique brass lamps done there. Happy. They are patient.
Have used their repair services exclusively for my lighting repais. Have also purchased wonderful shades that are perfect.
They have all kinds of lamps, they do lamp repair, and you can also buy the part and do it yourself. Friendly staff and cool selection.
I love this place. It's a real old-fashioned store that does great work at reasonable prices, and is always fun to look around in. I wish we had more stores like this in Phoenix.
It's a quirky place for sure but you'll find what you need. And if you slow down and allow them to take their time you will be impressed with their knowledge and inventory.
This place is great! Over 6000 shades in stock! Chris, the sales clerk, has worked there forever! She was so knowledgeable. Yes, she has a unique personality, but you just have to smile and watch her find the perfect lamp shade. The character is what makes this place fantastic. They have been in business over 60 years in the same location, so they must be doing something right!
Went in to ask if they could help repair lamp shade and lady flat out said no. No explanation or alternative suggestions that had to do with them needing to work. They do not color match the wire and it was "bent". Even if I bought the paint they still would not make a new shade. Do they only repair lamps that are not broken? Don't come here if you need a repair. Not flexible at all and rude.
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, selection is extraordinarily diverse. If you have a refined taste for vintage lighting, look no further!
Nice selection of quality goods. Be warned, sales person can be difficult and blatantly rude. One of the most unpleasant customer service interactions (twice) I have experienced.
