I’ve had the absolute BEST experience working with Phoenix Photo Lab. They were super patient with me trying to learn about scanning, file sizing and printing my watercolor paintings. They are extremely friendly, easy to work with, professional, and all around a great company. They are quick with printing and have great customer service. I’m looking forward to using them as my go-to printing company for all my artwork!

I placed an order online to print one for one of my wedding photos for a gift. My order was ready really quickly and looked beautiful. Although it was just one photo, I was very impressed and will absolutely be back.

Top notch service, they helped us get my artwork printed on watercolor paper when nobody else in town could. Beautiful results highly recommend.

They are helpful and give you tips/tricks. The employees are very kind and make you comfortable with printing even the most intimate of photographs.

This guy is awesome if your looking to get old photos restored and the prices are awesome! He’s very communicative and the pictures look awesome! Dieter and Howard were really great at helping me get exactly what I wanted with my scans and prints. I gave them a complicated list, changed it a few times, and had someone else handle the pick up and payment for me, but they took it in stride and were very helpful! They did a great job!

Did a fantastic job restoring 3 old photographs that were damaged and curled up into a ball. The resulting photos that they created looked better and more clearer than the originals. I will definitely take all my other old damaged photos that I have to them.

Professional quality at a reasonable price! I needed to print some prints fast and couldn't wait to have them shipped from my usual place. I looked for some places and sent my prints here and I'm glad I did. Their turnaround was less than a day and the quality was superb. I am so impressed that I'm considering printing locally versus shipping my prints.

Ist experience there was v good. BUT, went back to do a second, larger order and they never got it right, disorganized, and quality was poor.the woman working there was rude. She left voicemail for me, didnt realize she didn't hang up then proceeded to complain about me to her coworker all on my voicemail. I called back and told the owner, who applogized. I would have fired her. Can't be a one off. I still have more photos to copy so looking for a shop that can keep the order straight and be polite

I am really impressed by how the prints match the appearance of the image on my monitor (I calibrate my monitor regularly). The quality of the prints and mounting of prints at Phoenix Photo Lab is worth the price. They are definitely in a league above Costco or Walgreens, and the quality of their products really shows it.

The studio is amazing. The owner was mean and rude. Probably won't go back for that reason alone.

Phoenix photo lab did an incredible job printing and acrylic mounting a massive panoramic photo I took. Mike is a master at photo retouching. Best place to print photos in the valley hands down.

Profesional, talented and went above and beyond to help. Framed a drawing that was old and had creases. They spent a day slowing working them out so it wouldnt tear. Thanks to them its now preserved and beautifully frsmed

There was miscommunication about my order.but Harold and Dieter were quick to make corrections and mail my photos to me in a timely fashion.
