This is by far the best gym I have been to! It's a gem that really cares about your fitness journey and will help you meet your goals. Terricia is terrific and has a wide body of knowledge on fitness!

I joined this gym last year during Covid and so happy I did. This gym actually has employees there that know my name and speak to me. It gives me a sense of connection. Recently on NY eve, I was given some information on a 24 day challenge to start off the new year. It was an amazing experience which I just completed yesterday. I have had 3 spine surgeries followed by 25 radiation treatments which I finished last year leaving me with serious neurological issues. I didnt know how, or if, I could do the exercises I was asked to do. After doing some modifications to 3 of the exercises on the challenge that I can no longer do the way I once could, I now feel a sense of accomplishment and confidence I need to keep me motivated to do more. All this because someone who worked there cared enough to ask me if I would do it and if I heard about the challenge. Terricia had me sign up and once I committed, I knew I had to do whatever it took. One day I didnt finish until after 9pm and one day I finished after I had a blowout on the freeway with nearly a 2 hour delay waiting on AAA. I kept a journal of my experience and look forward to the next challenge.
It has really been a game changer. Who would of thought by saying yes to a challenge I knew nothing about would affect me so positively?

I have taken 4 different classes since joining. There is something for everyone.
