Great experience young man was helpful. Repair was ok he even took the time to come back and receive payment. Helpful and went the extra mile.

Their customer service is top notch. They emailed me back on a Sunday. They came out and inspected the roof when they said they would. They worked with my insurance company to get me the most possible towards my roof repair. Spoke to the owner on several occasions I have all good things to say about this roofing company. I highly recommend them.

I requested service for a vent that had become damaged in a wind storm. Within a day I received a call back and service was scheduled for the following morning. Devan came out this morning and he was awesome! Climbed up and checked our roof thoroughly and fixed the vent issue in about 5 minutes. Afterwards he wouldn't accept any sort of payment. Devan stated it was a simple fix and just to think of us next time. If anyone needs anything done on their roof, don't hesitate to call him or Jeff. They've been awesome!

Phoenix Roofing & Repair provided a competitive and comprehensive quote; they were easy to work with and communicative throughout the process as there were weather delays and the roof was in worse shape than initially thought. When additional repair was needed that would have raised the cost, I was blown away at their decision to honor their quote. When the job was done, they provided drone imaging- something I appreciate as I’m not getting up on the roof to check things out. I would absolutely work with Phoenix Roofing & Repair on jobs in the future.

What a great experience. They didn't immediately try to replace my whole roof, when I only needed a small area patched. They worked really hard to match the color and get the work done quickly. I have recommended them to my friends already, and will again.

This is a very well organized company. They went to that for me with my insurance company. Can’t ask for anymore than that because insurance companies are hard to deal with. They’re out to deal themselves some money finish Roofing did an excellent job with everything you were definitely do yourself good using this company.

I only wish I knew of Phoenix Roofing & Repair when I had to replace the roof on my previous residence. This is a first class company that truly understands what "customer service" means. I promise you, Jeff and his team are the real deal. The absolute best!

Called this company because I wanted a roof inspection done during the inspection period of the purchase of the house. They said I would have it within 2-3 days. Never received it. If they had done the inspection I could have negotiated for the sellers to pay for the repairs.
Now 5 months later they ask me to give them a review.

Very fast to respond. Came out right away to give a free quote. Followed up well after. Very nice.
