I called and set up an appointment I got to the office I like it because they were the mask, I spoke to Josh ask him how long is gonna take the truck to do alignment he said a hours it was done also they rotated the front tire for free,
Now on they got our business all our trucks they gonna go there highly recommend it

I am here 1st time. In This facility very good service and mechanics gentle and friendly. Good and fast service.

I am really confused about people wearing a mask indoors with this covid going around. None of your staff was wearing masks, not even in the offices down the hall. One of your salesman up front was blowing his nose and coughing. Where is your concern? Even some other customers weren't wearing masks. Everyone in Arizona has to wear masks everywhere, except you guys? I get the guys working outside, I don't get what your doing inside. On top of that, I thought businesses were required. I'm lost for words. Especially when I have a family member at home who has a compromised immune system. I put them at risk yesterday by doing business with you.
Wearing a mask sucks, I get it. But everyone else is doing it to protect the other guy. I personally hate it! But I'm doing it and I hope you'll address this issue.

I am a semi truck driver. Had a blow out on the road and was told it would be 120 minutes or so before a truck would arrive. I was running low on my service hours. The truck showed up in 30 minutes and I was back on the road in under an hour and a half. Great service and a courteous professional technician. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

A very nice and friendly people and place. They took my truck as soon as I got there and started working on it immediately. In a couple of hours it was ready with two new steer tires and a 3 axle alignment. They also worked with my Bridgestone National Account. Strongly recommended!

Today another place wouldn't even put air in my husband's tire, so he could return for an appointment with out wanting him to wait for 3 hours. He had our infant daughter and 6 PSI in his tire. When I called here Mitch assured me my husband would be taken care even if it was just air for now. We ended up taken care of and with a new tire in 30 minutes! Thank you for willing to be so helpful and making sure no one was turned away in such a bad situation! We will be back!

Caught a flat and needed a simple plug the guys up there took care of me. Solid honest guys good fast work highly recommended

Took our work truck in for 2 new steer tires. Was in and out in a very reasonable period of time.
Of course some times of day are a little busier.

Service was a little slow hour and a half to do for tires in the rear first one there hour-and-a-half seems a little long for me lol but what do I know quality of work top notch

One word for this company dangerous. Own a large company gave these guys a try for roadside. Absolutely did not use any safety equipment I have never seen anybody change a semi Tire without jack stands or a safety cage before I use these guys. I mentioned something to the technician and his reply was he's been changing tires over 20 years. If you choose to be Reckless with your self and your own equipment that's cool but don't endanger me and mine

Brought in our big rig RV for new tires. They changed the oil filters also and found another problem to have addressed. New tires on and out the door in about 3 hours. We will be back for our RV repairs. Only thing is we were quoted one price for the tires and were charged a different amount but Randy took care of the issue.

Awesome shop. Very knowledgeable and fixed everything right and quickly. Wish they were in Kansas City where i could use them more often.

I use these guys for all my Freightliner PM's, way more on top of it than the dealership. They stand behind their work 110%. Never have an issue squeezing in the occasional emergency or last min repair. Tire service is excellent, and roadside repairs is by far quicker than others. The entire staff is very professional and friendly from the mechanics, sales, and even accounting. Love this place wish I had found them sooner.

They did a great job with our trailer tires. I also had a tire balance done for our Freightliner. Maybe try them on their pm service in the future.
