This place will make you and your family better! Our family joined about 1 year ago and we were hooked by the goal to help families grow together on the levels of child, adolescent and adults working together. At first I was slow to get involved, but the more I showed up with my wife and 3 kids, the more I saw next level results. The leadership is STRONG! Our family is a tighter unit because of PHX Martial Arts. We are physically fitter, more confident, better communicators, laughing regularly, and prepared to defend one ourselves if the situation ever arises! Give it a shot! You’ll be glad you did!

My family and I have been attending classes at PHX Martial Arts for 2 months. In that time, I’ve already been able to watch my kids grow in confidence, myself and my husband are in better physical shape, and we’ve grown as a family. Having a common interest across all five of our family members has created for us such a fun and challenging experience. We are all very excited for our futures at PHX!

Expensive for a child's weekly activity: $1886 for a year, 2 times a week for only 45 minutes. It is more if you want a full hour which gives the katana lessons.

The lessons are a good workout and build strength and discipline, but I felt nickeled & dimed by the lack of upfront disclosure.

Still, my son enjoys the classes, and demonstrates respect for family and teachers so we will do at at least the year.

Offers a wonderful community of people who have the same goal and help each other achieve. A great outlet for all ages to grow mentally and physically. The instructors care for their students.

We have loved our experience at PHX Martial Arts! They walked us through the introductory process well and made it easy to start and still challenging. We are able to work out together as a family of 5 (ages 10,8, and 4)! But the culture that Master and Mrs Jonas have created is what really sold us. It is a fun, loving, and challenging environment, where working hard and being respectful is cool! We have loved being there and so grateful for the opportunity to grow as marital artists, athletes, and people!

We joined PHX martial arts this June and have loved being apart of this family. At first we had our young son join and after watching him learn, workout and have so much fun doing it…we all decided to join! My whole family is now all working toward our black belts in Taekwondo! The atmosphere here is so kind and non-judgemental. The classes are something we look forward to weekly and have truly helped us bond as a family! I recommend PHX martial arts for any family that is looking for a friendly environment to learn, bond, and grow stronger together! We are so grateful we joined.

PHX Martial Arts is absolutely amazing. Great family involvement. The whole family loves going and it works great for all backgrounds. If your child is anti social this will help, if they have attitude or discipline problems this will help, if they just need something to do or want to be apart of something bigger than themselves this is perfect. Thank you PHX for everything you have done for our family.

THE BEST structured activity in Phoenix for your family! The level of discipline here is astonishing! It's definitely a place where you can train hard, and feel at home.

This has been the greatest experience for our kids. I couldn’t imagine raising children without the knowledge of martial arts, the confidence and skill it instills- and most importantly the support it’s provided in developing an outlook of strength, security and focus. We are so thankful to have found PHX Martial Arts and cannot recommend them enough. There is no comparison to the mastery level quality, care and commitment of the instructors. We are fortunate to call the PHX Martial Arts team an extension of our family!

Our family have been going there for 5 months and love the PHX Martial Arts team because of how they don’t just teach physical skills they also teach mental skills and how to be respectful in different aspects of life! A great dojo, and I highly recommend.
