Pick A Part reviews
27The original u pull it yard in Phoenix and still the best! Jessie the manager and his crew work hard to provide great customer service and I like they post pictures of fresh cars to the yard in their Facebook page
I picked up some headlights from a different location after trying to put them on my vehicle I realized they had to beam not one baby so I went to this location I did fail to get store credit from Mesa I was not aware it was a requirement to get store credit before attempting to go to another location but Mark made an exception and took care of me exchange them in place for the wrong year the computer said they fit they did fit they just did not accommodate my wire harness all is well now
Jessy and Roger were awesome. Roger helped me out and went out of his way when he didn't have to. Thanks to them you have a life long customer. And they did it on my birthday!
This place is awesome! Roger and Jesse are very helpful and great customer service! I will for sure be back! Also thanks for hanging on to my tool box. Give these guys a raise!
The service is excellent quick and friendly. They have a wide selection and will locate the vehicles you need and let you know where to find them. Best of all are open everyday of the week!
The staff is always quick, friendly, very helpful and they have a wide selection of cars available. I'd give it 5+ stars
Excellent place to get the auto parts you need. Very helpful. I am handicapped and they went out of their way to make sure i got the parts i needed. No need to go anywhere else. This is your one stop shop.
I experance was fantastic at this location and service was great. Once I walked in a women welcomed me and ask me what I was looking for, I told her the make and year and within secends she handed me a paper with there lane location number. I found every part I needed and not one item I got was defective and this saved me over $1,600 over wholesale (paid less then $60 for all parts).
Tony at front desk priced and was very helpful. They rock i got the part and price and the gentlemen that helped take the part off was nice to thanks so much
Tony and crew were a cut above other salvage yard counter service. Plus 50% off all year. You can't beat that. Call them first.and they pick up incoming calls too other yards don't.
They had exactly the parts I was looking for and even some I weren't. I will definitely come back next time I need car parts!
Try not to be helped by the short older guy who works at the front desk. He is far from giving you the best information.
The parts selection is plentiful, the staff is warm and welcoming, i already felt welcome upon walking in the door and finding a clean open front office with seating but seeing a woman behind the counter eased my nerves as well and made the whole experience so much less intimidating. I was directed to exactly what i needed and checked out in mere MINUTES. I can not rave about pick a part west enough! Thanks you!
Staff was OK but make sure you check your receipt.
I said no warranty on a $15.00 gauge cluster and they tacked a $7.79 90 day warranty charge on it. Who in their right mind would pay almost 50% on a $15.00 dollar part anyway.
Watch the core charges. They charged $1.00 core on a plastic windshield washer reservoir. Really?
Go somewhere else and avoid this lot.
Nice lot with plenty of decent vehicles to pick from. Don’t forget to bring your own tools. They advertise tools for rent, but I didn’t need to. Also be sure to price check with the staff before you take time to pull parts, as they maybe competitively priced locally or online (new). But for the obscure hard to find dealer only part, pick a part wins hands down. The entrance fee is very reasonable, and the staff is helpful and friendly.
Seems like all the cars have already been stripped. New stock doesn't seem to come in often here but they are cheap.
I was there, and there is not a wide variety of cars. I was searching for a Dodge Ram and could not find one. I also asked for a restroom to wash my hands and was directed to the restroom outside, which ended up being a portable restroom, which didn't even have sanitizer for your hands.
The parts don't work. I bought a part a few days ago but the part didn't work I drove 30 minutes to take it back the guy refused to take it back. Poor customer service
Have nothing bad to say about this place iv gotten a window for an acura integra and it fit great and iv sold them my old Ford explorer and got a decent amount for it now to get a radiator for my chevy cobalt I call him monster
They hours suck got here with still 15min before n they denied me to go to the back just to pull a part n even though i even called a head to have the part pull so i could just pay. Horrible customer service
