Disgusting attitude towards a disabled driver. I went to the shower and none of the employees warned me that there was no hot water. I spent time and points for a shower.

All the garbage cans outside were full, the people inside the store not friendly, Apple Pay on all the pumps do not work, and it’s filthy. Worst pilot I’ve been to!

Great and friendly service. Can be busy at times but it's worth the way cause it so many other places to see while you're waiting.

Horrible huge pot holes. Like bomb craters. Absolutely ridiculous! Watch you don’t pop a tire or break your truck or catch your landing gear when climbing across this “parking lot. ” Stupid place. Don’t stop here!

Don't get impatient if other drivers are moving slow to enter the truck parking area. It looks like this pilot borrowed their parking lot from Ukraine. Right at the entrance there is a 3 ft deep hole and they just keep going through the lot.

Parking lot and driveway in Terrible condition! Busted an airbag creeping through there avoiding car size pot holes! Loves just down the road they actually have pavement! When I asked guy said they're waiting for pretty weather to fix Parking lot.put gravel, bricks or Volkswagen in them.

This place is an absolute dump with 3 foot deep potholes in the parking lot. Good luck not mess in your truck up driving through this place.

Parking lot needs some work, the store is clean, the staff depending on day and hours great, but need more staff who are friendly

A very nice location you can see the beautiful mountains from there. Also, the restrooms were very clean and the cashier was very nice.

This is the truck entrance. It is not safe to drive our trucks into this lot. The craters are unavoidable going in. I won't be wasting my time or risking my equipment at this location again. Be aware that these can be damaging, especially if they are full of snow or water and you drive over them not realizing they are there.

They really need to fix the bumps in the parking lot

Came back and it's even worse come on its a death trap with all their money they make no reason they can't fix it to top it off if someone ends up losing thir truck or all the work that has to be done they will have a lawsuit I'm giving you one star cause it's maken me but if it was up to me you all would get 0 stars

They are kicking everyone off the property to clean the lot when trucks can't go anywhere with i40 closed in both directions. We literally have no place to go because roads are CLOSED according to Arizona DOT!

I was waiting for the shower from half an hour the guy with cap old one said im on it while talking to the womens, time is money they don’t give me dam and said wait or cancel it, do not waste your time

When I stopped here last night 01/24 it was snowing and the roads were bad. When I got parked I saw a wreck on the interstate from we're I was parked. With lots of snow and ice the manager gia woke a lot of drivers up by beating on there doors telling them there not in a parking spot you got to leave or find one.
I will never stop here agean not will any of my other trucks.
